The location of the house was really great. It was quite impressive in terms of both design and cleanliness. Since the bathroom and toilet are together, a little water can splash around after a shower, so it may be helpful to have slippers with you. Also, since the building is old, the sound insulation is not very good and there may be noise from time to time from the apartment upstairs. But this was not an uncomfortable situation for us. You might want to consider this if you are sensitive to sound though. The hosts were extremely caring and helpful, very responsive to every question we had. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay, we would definitely consider choosing it again.

This was an outstanding beginning to our trip in Turkey. The location was perfect in a very walkable and interesting neighborhood with all we needed in terms of restaurants and walkable to attractions. We were only one block from the tram that takes you anywhere you need to go. The very best thing about our stay, though, was Cem. We have never had a more proactively helpful, generous, and friendly host than Cem. We highly recommend this place! NOTE: this apartment is small and it is in a very narrow but tall space (4 stories). So if you are not comfortable with small spaces or with steps, this would not be the place for you

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

We had a wonderful one-night stay at this sleek and modern one-bedroom apartment right next to the iconic Galata Tower. The space was beautifully designed with a clean, contemporary aesthetic that made us feel instantly comfortable and at home. It was perfect for a couple – cozy yet spacious, with all the amenities we needed thoughtfully provided. The location is unbeatable. We were able to walk to some of Istanbul’s best sights, cafés, and shops within minutes, and yet the apartment itself was quiet and peaceful at night – a real gem in such a lively area. Our host was responsive and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. We only wish we had stayed longer! This is definitely a place we’d love to return to on our next visit to Istanbul.

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay at Can's place. The listing is just as described but the view is even more beautiful in person! The house is clean, private and peaceful. It's on a hilly area but you can walk to restaurants and cafes in 10 minutes. Can was always responsive and super helpful. He also allowed us an early check-in. I would like to mention that we've stayed at many Airbnbs but this is probably the only one that was fully stocked with plenty of water bottles! We really appreciated that. Thank you to the host and we will definitely visit again. Highly recommended for short and long term stays.

Great stay and great communication

An apartment with a great, uninterrupted view of the sea! The listing is just as shown in the photos, clean and well-equipped. You can also enjoy luxuries of the hotel with buffet breakfast, pool access (at an additional cost). The hosts were always responsive and answered all our questions with patience. Would definitely recommend for a short or long-term stay!

Aksel Bey's house is just as it appears in the photos. The 2+1 house has everything you can need. Very comfortable apartment with smart home system, underfloor heating. Mr. Aksel is very kind and easy to communicate with. If you need to stay around Maslak, you can opt blindfolded.

The house is very clean and everything has been considered up to the smallest detail. The location is close to everywhere and the host communication was quick and sincere, we were very satisfied, thank you.

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

Great location for visiting Taksim Square & Blue Mosque

Hello. The host is very interested, we reached whenever we wanted. The security of the house was also very helpful. Special thanks to Mr. Kamuran. The parking lot was very crowded and scary for me, I asked to put the car outside in front of the entrance. I wanted to get out of the parking lot right away because I had a panic attack. As a neighborhood, I don't like the field and its surroundings. It was very good to be close to the street. We walked in 5 minutes, but we were exposed to different neighborhoods around, of course, a little. And right after we rented the house, there was a discount on the price of the apartment. We paid around 4500 for one night, it dropped to around 3500. Seeing him was sad. Apart from that, the house was full, there was nothing missing, personal care was provided by the host. Thank you for everything, and if we want to stay, we'll see you again. But this time, I will request a discount due to this price experience.

First, the host Efkan was terrific. Waiting for us at the front door, he carried our two suitcases up to the 5th floor apartment, saving two old travellers from the struggle of doing it ourselves! Efkan responded to all our texts almost immediately, and was a great host The flat is well equiped (although no oven),and has a fantastic terrace overlooking the Bosphorous, where my wife and I enjoyed a glass of wine every evening. A joy. It is very central (beside the Galata Tower), so good for seeing all the important attractions, either on foot, public transport or taxi. Being in the center of town means there are street noises at night, like car horns, or people on a night out...nothing unusual, but part of city life.

What a nice place. The penthouse was really spacious and had such a great view. The kitchen is nice. I wouldn't want to cook a major meal but for small things it's perfect. Think bachelor Kitchen. Location is nice. Walking is super easy to so many things. Just know that this is city with some pretty major elevation changes. Uber is super easy to utilize. Lastly the staff here is very nice and so accommodating. They were happy to help with everything and also kept the cost down. Something I don't find so often these days. I would return.

It was suitable for everything specified, otherwise there was no problem. The street was a little busy at night, probably due to the holiday, but there was no sound problem during the day, it was at a tolerable level. Thanks for everything.

I had a great stay at this apartment! The building has a concierge, an elevator, and a well-maintained entrance, which made a great first impression. The apartment itself is spacious and well-equipped with all the necessary kitchenware and toiletries. Check-in was smooth, and the host was very responsive and helpful. One thing to keep in mind is that the street outside can be quite noisy, so if someone is sleeping in the living room, it's best to keep the windows closed. Also, while there are several supermarkets nearby, the walk to the metro involves a rather steep uphill climb—something to consider if you have heavy luggage or prefer an easier walk. Overall, a great place to stay with everything you need for a comfortable visit!

It was one of the most beautiful vacations we had. Mrs. Ebru was very attentive and smiling. The catering was very thoughtful. Our little son had a lot of fun because of the convenient neighborhood in the garden. Everything was thought out, there was nothing missing. We were very comfortable and it is an ideal place for families coming with a caregiver. Now we always stop here, we accept it as our home. Good luck to Ms. Ebru in her work and cooperation with such people makes me very happy.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar
