Amazing apartment, almost everything needed is available. It can't be in a better location, it's the center of the ants. Neighbors can make some noise, but there's nothing the host can do, you know, Istanbul issues. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

Banu and Arzu are amazing amazing hosts and people. My family and I went from a disaster airbnb situation to being saved by our angels Arzu and Banu. We felt completely at home. The apartment was set up of for us so easily with everything you can think of at your disposal. They even went out of their way to purchase us a crib and high chair for our baby, we are so grateful for them!!! They made us feel welcomed and took care of us like we were their family. The apartment is top notch, you get exactly what you see with the absolute best location. It’s beautifully designed with high quality taste and has remarkable views. Some nights we didn’t even want to leave the apartment because it was so comfortable! You walk out your door and have easy access to everything. It’s also a great and central place to access many parts of Istanbul easily. The building staff is also extremely nice and helpful. Banu and Arzu you are the absolute BEST!! We can’t wait to come back to our home!

Great communication with the landlady, always responsive to our questions, never bothered by our inquiries. Since our plane had a night time take off, we asked her for some extra hours till check out and she politely agreed to it. The location is walking distance to nice restaurants, Beşiktaş area, so it is worth staying in. We would definitely choose her place again when in Istanbul again. Thanks for everything!

First of all, Sigme is very kind, proactive, friendly and very responsive. From the day i checked in until the day i checked out, Sigme will always take the time to check in with me tocensure everything is ok. The location of the accomodation is Amazing!! You can find and walk to the restaurants, bars, cafes super easily. Metro station is super close as well. The house is super clean, comfortable and most importantly cozy. I get to wake up to a horgeous sunrise everyday!! I will definitely recommend and will absolutely stay here again when im back in Istanbul!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Our visit was short but we felt right at home. Location is great with easy to walk to places and safe.

We had a fantastic stay at Azad’s place! The unit was spacious and comfortable for 4 adults and 4 small children. The location was perfect — a short walk to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Basilica Cistern, and a great park with a playground. There were also plenty of nearby restaurants and small shops for essentials. Azad was an exceptional host, arranging airport transport, meeting us late at night to show us the unit, checking in daily, and even providing thoughtful touches like a prayer rug and chocolates. One thing to note: the stairs inside and outside the unit are quite steep, which may be difficult for those with mobility issues. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

The stay was great. The apartment is very comfortable, with good beds, a well-equipped kitchen, a spacious balcony, and it’s located in a lively neighborhood. There’s a lot to see within walking distance. If you’re in good shape, you can even walk to the historic area of Sultanahmet. The ferry to Kadikoy is also nearby. Taxis are inexpensive, I recommend using Uber. It’s a pity we didn’t meet the host in person; it’s always nice to talk to a local. The apartment and its location are truly recommended!

Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Berek is a wonderful person but the property is not fit for elderly people you will have to climb stairs to get to the barrooms

I stayed in so many places, now the only place I will stay is obvious. It was incredibly beautiful. The host's beautiful face and smooth answers were incredible. It was a quiet and beautiful place, close to everywhere. We got around easily. The house was hygienic. If I talk about it again, you can be sure that it is my only address now. I recommend it to everyone...

The place was really nice and clean. It's located close to Galata tower. Lots of restaurants and shops around. Despite the central location, the apartment has good soundproof. Also, there is a conditioner inside which is important for someone who don't like heat. Turgay was very helpful. I got responses to my messages within 5 minutes. He was flexible with a check in and provided useful information about the area and the city.

Great location, close to local amnesties. Gym was a little disappointing since the equipment were less, but the pool, sauna and steam room makes up for it. I had an issue with the AC first night and the host got it fixed the next day. He was super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend this apartment.

during checkin..its seem like dull neighbourhood..but day after tours around istanbul. now i realised this apartment is actually peaceful neighbourhood and really great place to stay after tired. Btw, the highlight of this apartment is: -2min walk to tram yusufpasa -1min walk to bustop -1min walk to various atm -some restaurants downstairs -5min walk to convenience store the house itself - spacious - bright vibe - tiptop clean - well maintained - enough silverware to cook yourself - feel like own home the host - super responsive - no problem with english - warm welcoming by his father even though not really into english speaking but we got his point. if i need to describe in 2 words about this apartment is " convenience location"

This was a very good trip Much better than my last trip to turkey thanks to the house, the house was very clean and exactly like the pictures, everything was as described and the owner was very good at communicating with me and checking up on things.

Erhan is the perfect host and was both helpful and gracious in his communication with us. Excellent proactive communication and he keyed in on some of our visits. He had additional suggestions of places to see bases on our interests and comments. Highly recommend his beautiful property and fun city!

Awsome apartment and location; we felt very comfortable; actually an absolute recommendation! Only one restriction or important note for all those who have a light sleep: on weekends there is acuh in the courtyard / back of the building a bar with live music - it can be about 1-2 clock therefore still realitv loud in the bedroom (but is good music ;-))
