Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Berthier-sur-Mer

We had a great time. There are many activities in the surrounding area: visit Île-aux-Coudres (30 min.), hike to Mont du Lac des Cygnes (30 min.) and shopping in the town of Baie-St-Paul (10 min.). The beds were very comfortable. The common area is very bright and the small balcony is well oriented to enjoy the sun. A small point to improve is that we would have liked the grass surrounding the outdoor fireplace to be cut as it was long and did not make us want to go there. The description of the chalet accurately reflects what is there. We recommend this cottage!

This was the third time we rented the Black House and it's starting to feel like a home away from home. Proximity to the cross country ski trails is fantastic and the house is spotless, cozy and the kitchen is well stocked! Stéphanie is incredibly responsive to all messages and very friendly in all communications. highly recommend!!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous house with beautiful surroundings! Looking out over the river from the toasty and clean hot tub was such a treat! If you need foods, the microbrewery in St. Paul has delicious smoked meat poutine and French onion soup!

The chalet was beyond my expectations. Everything is perfect, I'll go back without a problem. I've done a few cottages in the area and it's by far my favorite The host is very accessible at all times Only positive things Thanks!!!

Melanie’s Chalet d’amour was just a lovely place located perfectly between the hiking trails of Sentier du Montagnard and Parc National du Jacques-Cartier. Strongly recommend!

Very nice accommodation, everything was very clean and the kitchen utensils were in sufficient quantity. The host was proactive in communications and responded quickly. This is the best accommodation I've rented in several years.

What a beautiful place and what a welcome from Renée! Accommodation located directly on the edge of the river with an outdoor layout to enjoy it (campfire, swing). And of course a magnificent view of the mountains of Charlevoix. Very clean, welcoming and comfortable accommodation. Everything was there! The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We loved it! Beautiful place. Unobstructed view of the river, exactly as in the photos. No smell of sulfur in the water, contrary to what some previous comments said. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

Small gem in a good location for humans and four-legged friends! Lots of snowmobile trails accessible from the property. Adjacent to the Relais, great for unwinding at the bar or for a festive evening! We really enjoyed it and will reconsider a future summer rental. Thanks Danny! See you next time!

Robert, who lives on the ground floor of this house, is an attentive host who wants his guests or residents to make the most of their stay. Everything is thought out and focused in this direction. We couldn't have a better host to introduce us and educate us more about this beautiful region and its river. He has been there for a long time, loves them deeply and has traveled all the waterways. In addition, he is an excellent communicator.

It was our second stay at the cabin and we will be back! Such an amazing view right in the middle of amazing bike trails!

Pavillon 1 was nothing short of magical. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the St. Lawrence River. The modern cabin's thoughtful design seamlessly blends with its natural surroundings. Scandinavian-inspired interiors, heated concrete floors, and a fully equipped kitchen let you prepare meals using local ingredients. The location is perfect—secluded enough for total peace yet just 15 minutes from La Malbaie. Other local attractions are an easy drive away. This cabin in an architectural gem was the ideal base for a winter escape. It is a must-stay for anyone seeking to experience the raw beauty of Quebec's winter landscape in elegant comfort.

Very nice weekend in this small rustic chalet, everything was present as described. It's super quiet, easy to cook. The small outdoor shower is practical although cold at this time but you had to expect it. I suggest a curtain or a canvas for the large window in front of the beds, simply because it is currently very bright in the morning! Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent and coils according to the season, we had few mosquitoes on the hike and outside but they seemed to want to enter the hut at all costs, and in large groups. We used tactics. Maybe the door could be better sealed! We highly recommend the place for the calm, the cleanliness, the lack of network that does good!

Beautiful designer home, with stunning views of the forest. You feel really isolated from everything in the middle of the mountain. Very nice bedding and indoor fireplace. Super nice concept as a whole ( refreshment bar, accommodation well separated from each other ) but not very convenient for holidays especially with children ( showers down the mountain near the parking lot, kitchen half equipped + complicated to do dishes in the accommodation with the water tank) Some homes are very difficult to access with luggage ( despite the luggage rack ) because the road is very uneven + rocky ( depending on the accommodation up to 900 m of uphill road). It's also hard to find your way around the trails. We had a lovely stay nonetheless and would recommend this listing.

We had a lovely stay. The beds are comfortable. The space is perfect for 4-6 people. Everything was very clean and a lot of ditems are at our disposal to make our stay more pleasant such as robes, board games, colored pencils, some spices, ice cream, etc.

We were a family of 6 adults and 4 kids and we really enjoyed our stay. Dominique was very accommodating and even suggested a walk with a view, a visit to his farm in addition to offering us potatoes from his production. The house was spacious, clean and provided all the necessary amenities. The view and the walk on the beach were magical. And what about the hot tub. We don't hesitate to recommend this location and will be happy to go back!
