This place is literally a 15 minute bird scooter trip away from literally everything in Nashville that you would want to do. We were able to get to the Gulch, downtown, and Geodis Stadium without using our car one single time. The hosts were also very helpful and the instructions on parking and access to the place was top-notch and some of the best I’ve ever had the next time we visit Nashville we will definitely be staying here again.

Best host ever! Thoughtful touches like ensuring there was coffee to start the day, candy to snack on, coffee table books and local guides, etc. Nathan was responsive, had on-site contacts in case of urgency, and gave us local recommendations. The place was spotless and very comfortable, the neighborhood felt very real and local. Nathan was very accommodating to our last minute changes and special requests, too. Great experience!

Debbie was perfect host, and delightful person! She thought of everything anyone would need, plus wonderful homemade goodies. Exceptionally clean and organized apartment; decor was exceptional as well. She was quick to respond to any questions. Emmy Lou, her dog, was a bonus, adorable! The area was peaceful and quiet, lovely wooded neighborhood. We enjoyed our visit and will stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

Paula's place was exactly as described, absolutely beautiful, clean, and has all the little extras. Extremely responsive and very helpful, we go down once a year and will absolutely look to stay here again!

Great place to stay! It was just my best friend and I overnight for a concert and it was a great place to get ready before and then crash after. Whitney was super communicative and responded quickly to any questions I had.

the home us updated but maintains its original charm. quiet neighbour's hood and neighbors are friendly. hone is well appointed and the linens are supper comfy. I would definitely rent again. you can't go wrong here.

We thoroughly enjoyed Christie’s place. In walking distance to great restaurants, and a 2 miles from Broadway. Christie provided everything we needed and quickly responsive when asked a question. The house is so spacious, lots of room for our party of 3 (girls trip). Beautiful rooftop deck that we enjoyed each night of our stay. Everything about this house is comfortable. We are definitely coming back!

We couldn’t have imagined a better place to stay for our family’s weekend getaway to Nashville. We traveled with our one year old - Ashley made sure we had what we needed to be comfortable and was so friendly and communicative before booking, leading up to the stay, and during! The home is so lovely and cozy, with a pristine backyard view. It was the perfect time of year to enjoy a sunset from the patio. Location is perfect - super safe and close proximity to all the great restaurants. We miss it already - couldn’t recommend it more!

Super cute spot that was within walking distance to some of my favorite hidden Nashville gems (Bongo Java- amazing coffee shop, 615 Deli- literally a 1 min walk, and the amazing Belmont Campus right across the street). I liked that it was tucked away, had a place to park, and also had a VERY comfortable bed!

This was our 3rd time staying at Nicole's beautiful home. I had to look back because it seems like we've stayed there more times than that. Nicole is a great host, communication is easy and fast, and we always love coming to Nashville and staying with her. Her home is exactly what we need, has everything we could want, is convenient, and we feel so comfortable every time. We most definitely will keep coming back!

I can’t explain how much we enjoyed our stay at this amazing house! It was probably the cleanest airbnb we’ve ever stayed at (and I’m a big germ freak!) The location was absolutely perfect for us! Shannon’s place was perfect for my boyfriend and I to get away for a couple days ! Conveniently located (could either walk or a quick 6 min uber/lyft) super close to the airport ! 100/10 would stay here again!

We stayed at Linda’s place for a week from June 2-June 9. This place exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay there again. Very safe walkable neighborhood, we walked to and from Broadway every single day of our stay as we were there during CMA Fest. The bed in this place was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in and actually purchased the same mattress as soon as I got back home… can’t wait for it to arrive. A perfect location to visit Nashville. The home was a short distance from the Parthenon and vegan restaurants. The beds were a dream. Everything we needed was on hand. We will be back the next time we're in Nashville.

We absolutely loved our stay! Immediately felt welcomed. The view of the river was great and made for such a relaxing atmosphere. I also really appreciated how easy it was to walk to Broadway and all the fun attractions nearby. It was the perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer. Highly recommend!

This place was so great! Easy to get to downtown and great location to Uber downtown if needed as well. Definitely would love to come back if I’m back in Nashville
