Eventide Cottage is a charming Grade II listed fisherman's cottage located a stone's throw from Brixham harbour. The three storey terraced house, completely refurbished and redecorated in 2019, comprises an open plan kitchen/dining and living room with log burner, two bedrooms and a large bathroom with a free standing bath, separate rain shower, double basins and WC. There is also a small utility area with WC and washing machine. Outside there is an enclosed decked yard with seating and a BBQ.

This two bedroom maisonette is situated on the first floor accessed by steps (approximately ten) and is just a short walk from Brixham's quaint town centre and picturesque harbour. There are two bedrooms, a sitting room with open gas fire (looks like a real fire!) and dining table, and a television snug. There is a jacuzzi bath and the kitchen is spacious and well kitted out. Beautiful self contained cottage in the heart of Berry Head Nature Reserve, with a stunning half acre walled garden, beautiful views & 2 mins walk to the woods to access the South West Coast Path. Just a mile walk into Brixham harbour, with its blue flag beach, fabulous restaurants & historic fish market. The cottage has its own gate entrance for extra privacy and has a double bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately no dogs allowed as we have guinea fowl roaming.

Pam & Stacey. Just wanted to say what a lovely stay we had. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, the inspiration is fantastic. Being a water baby and living in the city is draining for the soul, I adore being by the water but actually staying ON THE WATER is a new one for me and I cannot wait to come back!! We’ve seen dolphins, seals, jellies, birds, had the most beautiful fresh fish and enjoyed Brixham and all its scenery. We’l see you again soon!! Kelly & Sav xx

wat een prachtig ruim en comfortabel appartement van top kwaliteit. Je komt ogen te kort om alle kunst en voorwerpen te ontdekken. De kamers zijn ruim, de bedden heel comfortabel met zacht beddengoed. nieuwe zachte handdoeken ook. Er staat melk en boter en kaas in de frigo. Brood in de kast, koffiepads, thee en een lekkere fles wijn. veruit een van de beste verblijven die we al hadden. Heel leuk terras ook😃. Bedankt Georges voor de goede zorgen en de tips!

What a lovely property! Fish themed, fits the area perfectly. Lovely and clean, with a nice welcome package too. The views are amazing. Parking not too difficult-restrictions during the day between 10 and 4 but we were out anyway. We will hopefully be back ! Recommended

We stayed on the Gin Odyssey for the bank holiday weekend. Ric, the owner and host could not have been more accommodating. Clear instructions before arrival, all the information we needed for our break, wifi passwords, local recommendations he could not have been more helpful. The boat is located in a really good location, next to beach for fishing and crabbing and a 10minute walk from the harbour and restaurants. As a family of 5 with one younger child there was plenty for everyone. Highly recommended to anyone wanting something a bit different.

This harbour cottage was a great little find. It was about 20 steps away from Brixham Town / Harbour, where you’ll find plenty going on - shops, restaurants, bars, harbour walks, beach coves. Grade II listed so the cottage had plenty of original features and was decorated accordingly. Top floor main bedroom had views of harbour, which was just lovely! Everything you need to have a comfortable stay, even a small courtyard and outdoor area to the rear to enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. Celeste was a great host, very friendly and always quick to respond. Highly recommended!
