Beautiful, bright apartment on the 2nd floor accessible by elevator. In the room there is a large bed for 1-2 people TV available with cable TV and Wi-Fi You will stay directly in Neu-Ulm. On foot it is approx. 7 minutes to the center of Ulm and Ulm Cathedral and the train station is also only 3 minutes away. There are nice little cafes, bakeries, restaurants and a shopping center around the corner. We are happy to give you tips for leisure activities in Ulm and around Ulm. See you soon in Neu-Ulm

Our "glüXnest" is located on the outskirts of a small village on the edge of the Swabian Alps. The proximity to nature brings you relaxation & recreation. There are plenty of excursion options: hiking, cycling, swimming, strolling through the city in Ulm or action in Legoland. Whether with family or friends - enjoy a break in the "glüXnest!" For wellness in the evening or on a rainy day, you can optionally book our sauna. This is NOT included in the nightly price. We look forward to hosting you!

There is also a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, pots, etc.) The apartment is located approx. 15 minutes by car from Ulm main station and downtown. A8 & A7 are in approx. 10-15 minutes, while the university in Geislingen/Steige and the University of Ulm are 15 minutes away by car.

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and from the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (follow pictures). Perfect for unwinding and unwinding...

Quiet apartment with its own entrance and parking space

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen is also a 20-25 minute drive. Ulm is 15 km away and there are plenty of opportunities to pass your time. If you want to explore nature more, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. Parking is available directly on the premises. In the village there is a bakery and butcher. Further shopping possibilities are in about 6km.
