Villa holiday rentals in Berndorf

We were 8 adults and 5 children under 4 years old - and had a great time in this beautiful accommodation! The photos show exactly how it actually looks and you can see how much love and taste has flowed into the interior. The bedrooms are very well distributed throughout the house, two even have direct access to the bathroom. They are spacious, the windows are quite new. There are plenty of bathrooms and the water pressure is great. Barbecuing in the garden was particularly great and the many seating options throughout the house and garden offered a variety of places to chat and/or relax. Communication with Claudia & Manuela worked out great: They always responded promptly to messages/questions. The only challenges were the somewhat narrow spiral staircase that leads into the garden and the rather small refrigerator for all our food😅. Overall, however, 100 out of 100 points 💜 We have already booked for next year 😁

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

We spent New Year’s Eve in Beatrix’s villa in Vienna and we had an amazing time. We used 3 of the 4 bedrooms and we had everything we needed. The place is very clean, private and close to several bus lines that took us to Ottakring Subway Station. All in all we had a great vacation in Vienna.

Super uncomplicated and fast communication and response to requests, great and spacious house with large garden - super suitable for two families, Hammock, massage chair, garden furniture, trampoline, 2 refrigerators and especially the air conditioners (at 30-34°C outside temperature) have rounded off the holiday. Unfortunately, the WiFi was unstable and you can drive to Vienna Central Station in about 50 minutes. Nevertheless, from our point of view, the house is highly recommended! Thank you for this accommodation.

It all fit from start to finish. Communication has never been such a good base on airbnb. Also the house was so luxurious and lovely. Thank you very much for the great holiday experience

Great place for large groups of people. The house is very well equipped, it has everything you need, from the washing machine to kitchen utensils to toys. We enjoyed the fact that there is also a garden and there is a dining table where all 20 people had space. The location is not quite optimal, there are only a manageable number of restaurants and grocery stores nearby that are not open on weekends.

What a fantastic stay in simmering! We were very impressed with our accommodation….. safe and very clean……We will recommend this villa to anyone who want to stay in semmering.

I had a wonderful stay with my kids and our dogs. You are private, completely secluded location in the middle of the forest. A place to relax and enjoy nature!

We had a very nice time at Seds place. From check-in to departure, everything worked out and we felt very much at home. The living space is very spacious with a beautiful view of the sunset. Communication with the host was outstanding and went smoothly. We can only recommend the accommodation and would book it again on a renewed trip.

The location is fantastic for hiking in the vineyards and visiting Heurigen. Easy to walk to restaurants and parks, and about 45 min to the center taking public transport. Linens and towels and basic items are provided. Be sure to bring your own cooking supplies and Nescafé coffee pods and milk for the nice coffee machine.

The place was great, very nicely decorated. We were particularly enthusiastic about the spa area. Rijad is very friendly and was always available. Highly recommended and thank you again 😊😊

The house was just like in the pictures, the pool was just great, great seating in the garden. Our grandson was able to romp around in the meadow, extremely quiet location. The house was great, towels, bath towels were provided. There were drinks available for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need is available in the kitchen. Bathroom in good condition, storage facilities available. The living-dining room was very spacious and the couch very comfortable. We enjoyed our vacation very much. I can only recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The accommodation was just as beautiful as in the pictures – very clean, stylishly furnished and perfectly equipped. It is a very tastefully furnished house with a very well equipped kitchen and beautiful bedrooms. The location is a little remote, but you have a fantastic view over Vienna. The bus can also be reached in 5 minutes. We celebrated our family Christmas at Daniela's house and she provided us with her Christmas decorations. It was a fantastic stay that we very much enjoyed. The house offers plenty of space and coziness for a relaxed family gathering.

We were absolutely delighted! Everything was so beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail — you can really tell that the place was designed with the comfort of guests in mind. We had such a great time: grilled some delicious barbecue, enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, and the kids had a blast swimming in the pool. It was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun. We’d love to come back again!

We spent a week in the beautiful villa at the beginning of June 2025. The accommodation is really very large, very high quality and individually/artistically furnished. There are numerous possibilities to relax in the garden, by the pool, on the terrace, on the balcony or in the winter garden. Everything is also available in the kitchen. The landscape is an absolute dream, right on the doorstep there is beautiful nature (meadows, forests, mountains). You can hike and ride MTB excellently (very many trails -> absolute highlight :-)). There are also many "normal" bike paths where you can relax and ride to Mödling (10 min) or Vienna (about 60 min). By car, you can easily reach the center of Vienna in about 30 minutes. Also super easy by train from Mödling. There are two supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Communication with the landlords was impeccable, they are very friendly and helpful. E-charging station for cars only 100m away.
