It can be reached by public transport: buses C30 C31 C32 departing approximately every hour from the Como San Giovanni railway station, Como Lago Ferrovie Nord or from Piazza Matteotti towards Como-Bellagio, take about 8 minutes to reach the Blevio stop - Decorations Savio, about 100 m away from the house. A pleasant alternative to traditional public transport may be the use of Lake Como navigation boats, departing from Piazza Cavour in the direction of Torno, from where walking for about 15 minutes you will reach the destination. I ALLOW ME TO STRONGLY RECOMMEND THE SMALLEST AND CHEAPEST CAR, TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY, AS IN OUR AREA PUBLIC TRANSPORT AND TAXIS ARE NOT COFORTABLE Villa Pasta The villa was built in the early XIX cen- tury and was bought in 1830 by the famous opera singer Giuditta Pasta hosting space for its several guests. In the park the fol lowing built: the studio painting of Clelia, Giuditta's daughter, who attended the Brera Academy in Milan; the cafe-house, a small cave to cool in the summer; the wooden theater where Giuditta practised singing. Captain Wilhelm Locke, grandson of the famous philosopher, drowned in front of his wife and other guests in the lake area in front of the villa. Later his daughter erected a gravestone in his memory. In the small ceme- tery of Blevio it is possible to visit the grave of Giuditta Pasta who died in 1865.

We had a wonderful stay in this place. The location is perfect to visit Como, Varese, Milano,… but we also enjoyed staying at home in the nice garden with swimming pool. Also, the bedrooms downstairs are nice and cool during the hot days.

We held my brother's bachelor party at this villa. We were seven guys, and yet spending an entire night in such a large, well-equipped, functional, and welcoming villa didn’t feel expensive at all. The villa is perfectly suited for hosting more than seven people. The equipments are good, complete, and everything is in place to ensure you have an excellent stay. There were signs of life in the villa, so naturally a few minor damages occurred. But nothing that would prevent you from having a great time. On the contrary, everything that’s supposed to work, works perfectly. We were all extremely satisfied with the villa, located in a quiet yet lively little area. Denis is reachable by messages and replies very quickly. It’s very convenient if you have any questions, he’ll be there to answer them. Thanks for the villa ! :)

A real stroke of luck! The house is at the end of the steep road, not for lazy walkers ;) but the path already reveals the wonderful view! The hostess and her son are very, very friendly and helpful (thank you again for the very flexible breakfast times🤲). The apartment under the roof is very cozy, you can also carry dinner into the garden and enjoy it there with the best view. The garden tops every accommodation I've visited so far. From the house, you can hike directly into the forest, climb, paraglide or visit the many small towns on the lake and swim. It is best to travel by car. There are plenty of shopping opportunities and markets nearby. We were really thrilled and enjoyed being with you.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay in every way! The host was very helpful, responded quickly, and provided clear instructions for check-in and parking, which made everything smooth and easy. 🔑 Highlights: • The apartment was clean and fully equipped, especially the kitchen. • The view from the balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the lake and mountains — perfect for enjoying a morning coffee. • The location is peaceful and relaxing, yet very close to Como city center by car. • The surrounding area is beautiful and charming — ideal for unwinding. 🌡️ Note: My visit happened to coincide with hot weather, and the apartment doesn’t have air conditioning, but there were fans available. There is no elevator, and the parking is a short walk from the apartment, though a temporary spot is available for unloading luggage. I would definitely love to return in the winter to enjoy the scenery even more!
