Our house is very comfortable, on one floor, it has all the amenities and a location that you will love. It has a heated pool. You will enjoy your stay, whether you want to stay at home resting, swimming, reading or walking downtown. We are located three blocks away. You can also go in your car to see or visit its vineyards or nearby places like La Peña de Bernal. It is important that you bring your towels for the pool because the towels in the house are for use in the bathrooms.

Only for families, the house is not suitable for parties. The house is in a neighborhood located 10 minutes by car from downtown and 20 minutes walk away. It's a closed street, the pool is private, it's not very big but it's excellent for having a good time. The house is located in a developing neighborhood. And since Tequisquiapan is still a village, some families still have chickens, cows, goats, etc. If you're ready for this, this is your option.

Beautiful rustic country house, it is warm, with a cozy garden ideal for spending the day, it has a brincolin in case they have children. Right in the vineyard area, if you wake up early you can see the hot air balloons. You can visit the magical villages of Peña de Bernal and Tequisquiapan or just stay at home, enjoy the grill and the pool.
