This was our 4th visit to Legacy Villas and we were once again, not disappointed. Our listing was exactly as we expected and we were very happy about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. We love staying here and the service of CA Vacation Villas. We're definitely coming back!

Christy’s place was perfect. As soon as we walked in we noticed it smelled great & how beautifully decorated it was. Amenities are great. Comfy bed, Smart TVs, snacks, candy, towels, pool accessories and they even have a hair diffuser for us curly haired girls. Bonus: this was my first Airbnb that had actual spices other than salt to cook!!!! The property is great. Quiet. Calm. Pool & jacuzzi right outside the patio. We didn’t want to leave. Christy was a great host and easy to communicate with. Look forward to staying here again soon.

Mary Jane was a great host and was very responsive throughout the whole process. She even offered us one of her nicer units at the same price when our group and another group booked at the same time, but we liked the location of this one much better. It was right next to a shuttle stop for Stagecoach which was very convenient. The place was very clean, updated and was bigger than we expected. Mary even accommodated us checking in a few hours early since we got into town earlier than the normal check in time. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice and clean villa for 2 families with a toddler and dog each! The 2 separate rooms on either side of the shared living area was very convenient. The pool and community amenities are nice- almost feels like resort living! Host was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience. This was a small family gathering trip and it all turned out amazing! From setting up the reservation to the end of the stay went just as she promised and we would definitely book through her again. Even though this is a Timeshare property you are renting time through directly with the hosted owner, she books it for you and it’s seamless. Thank you so much for a wonderful time away for the gathering.

The house was very spacious, comfortable and clean. Eddy and team were very responsive and gave recommendations during our stay. Pretty much hung by the pool all day which was great! Good entertainment watching the golfers tee off over the lake. I recommend this house to anyone looking for a nice getaway. We hope to be back soon!

Absolutely LOVED our stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Palm Springs! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the care and intention that went into the space. It was spotlessly clean, incredibly modern, and so well-kept. We’ve stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, but this one really stood out. You can tell the hosts truly care, every detail was thoughtfully curated, from the decor to the layout, and everything just felt fresh, airy, and welcoming. It was the kind of place where you walk in and immediately say, “Wow, this is even better than the photos!” The vibe was equal parts relaxing and stylish...the perfect mix for a Palm Springs getaway. We found ourselves wanting to spend more time at the house than we originally planned, just because it was that lovely. Whether we were lounging around, cooking meals, or just enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. HIGHLY RECOMMEND and will DEF be back.

Cory's place is wonderful. The place was pristine. Loved the bed, I slept like a baby. He is an excellent host. Will definitely come back.

Amazing stay. The hosts were responsive and flexible. The home is simply perfect! High chair, pack and play for baby to sleep, and smaller utensils for a little one. I loved the theme rooms, without being overwhelmingly themed. The space made me feel right at home and wanting to come back.

Such a wonderful space! Everything was pristine and comfortable, and the vibe is awesome. The amenities-- especially the pool--and the scenic surroundings were the exact thing I needed for this little getaway. Palm Springs offers a great variety of restaurants and things to do, too. Thank you for an all-around wonderful experience!

We loved staying in this fabulous condo at the iconic Ocotillo Lodge, designed by famed midcentury modern architect William Krisel. Although the once spectacular public rooms at the Lodge are now shuttered, the grounds have been beautifully restored with cactus and succulents, and the large landmark champagne-cork shaped pool is beautifully maintained, serenaded (quietly) through the day with delightful recordings of classic Great American Songbook music of the 50's. The Brite Spot condo itself has been wonderfully decorated with handsome vintage furniture and lighting, a very comfortable bed, and beautiful terrazzo tile floors, and boasts a lovely little courtyard with a great old olive tree that throughout the day hosts various singing desert birds. The Lodge no longer has a working bar or restaurant, but coffee, cocktails, great food, and the sights and attractions of Palm Springs - including Krisel's justly famed Twin Palms community - are all just minutes away.

The place was easy to find and getting inside the condo was a breeze. Billy and Shea's communication/instructions were great. Had an enjoyable time with my family. Would definitely recommend! 😀

We just departed after a second exceptional stay at Nikki’s desert gem. This apartment has such a great location on the property, and beds are so comfortable. Nikki was easily reachable and accommodating, and the apt was equipped with everything we needed to cook some tasty meals, enjoy the many pools and relax. You can’t beat that mountain view from the deck!

We had an amazing stay at this gem in Indian Palms! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the Polo Grounds but tucked away in a quiet, gated community. The home is clean, spacious, and incredibly well-stocked. We loved the comfy living room, large kitchen, and two private ensuites—great for couples or friends traveling together. The backyard is truly special—one of the largest in the area with gorgeous views, multiple fire pits, an outdoor kitchen, and lots of space to relax. The spool (spa/pool combo) is on the smaller side, but it was perfect for a quick dip or a relaxing soak at night. The hosts thought of everything and made us feel right at home. Whether you're headed to a festival or just want a relaxing desert escape, this is a great spot. We’d love to come back!

The location was wonderful. Restaurants and groceries are about 6 or 7 miles in Desert Hot Springs. The property was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything that you could possibly need. The mineral spring pools on site were wonderful. We chose to spend a day by the pool instead of sight-seeing. Would definitely chose to stay here again.

Oh my, what a wonderful stay my family had at Johns place. Don’t think twice about booking! Johns communication was wonderful prior to booking and afterwards! This home is beautiful, clean and spacious! We enjoyed swimming in the pool most of our days and roasting marshmallows in the evening by the fire pit. We cozied up in the living room for some movies and enjoyed our dinners outside on the large patio table. We appreciated the board games that were provided along with the pool toys. We cooked all our meals so the well stocked kitchen was lovely. The wildlife of humming birds & butterflies in the backyard was beautiful! We will defiantly return in the future!

The cozy cactus was fantastic. It had many thoughtful touches throughout and was stalked with everything you could imagine. Extremely toddler friendly. Our kids loved the mini golf in the backyard and the pool right next door. The welcome book was extremely informative and detailed. Thank you, Eann for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

We could not have been happier with our stay. We loved the house. Very comfortable (especially the beds!!!)...the game room and amenities were perfect for our kiddos! Best way to kick off the summer!!! Thank you so much, Cannon Bros! We will be back!

Located in a nice community. Place was clean and close to Coachella. They provided a ride service which was cheaper and more convenient than uber.

We loved staying at Vivian's place! From booking, to check-in, during our stay and following up after checkout -- I really appreciated Vivian's communication with me making sure everything great. A few friends and I stayed here (5 of us total) and it was perfectly roomy for us -- we felt right at home. The living room and kitchen is a great communal space to hang out, cook meals and enjoy your time. We especially loved the backyard -- the pool & hot tub were clean and we appreciated Vivian's communication on the heating of the pool. The neighborhood felt very safe and was conveniently located. Vivian was so gracious to let us check-in 2 hours early before the normal check-in time which we really appreciated. She also gave us great local recommendations -- which we will have to take advantage of next time -- we enjoyed our stay so much we spent majority of our time at the house! Highly recommend staying at Vivian's house if you have the chance. Thank you for a wonderful stay Vivian.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Lena’s Airbnb, and it was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had in the Indio/Indian Wells area. From the moment we arrived, Lena made us feel right at home. She’s an exceptional host—warm, attentive, & incredibly responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. We were in town for Stagecoach, and the location couldn't have been more convenient. The property is centrally located near several shuttle stops, making travel to and from the venue effortless. It’s also just a short 5–10 minute drive to grocery stores and Costco, which was a huge plus. The home itself is spacious, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean—something we always prioritize when booking. It was fully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy to settle in and enjoy. One of the highlights was the backyard: open, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing together after long days at the festival. We would absolutely stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!
