This beach flat is just in the perfect location for exploring the beach, Rick steins and pig on the beach in studland (5 mins ferry ride). The number 50 bus takes you to all of these . Michelle was very friendly and met us on arrival and showed us around the flat . We would return x

Fantastic stay for a long weekend with my wife! The location was perfect for exploring the town, and the exclusive development added a touch of luxury. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, with a great view of the river from the balcony - The seating and table was very comfortable. The one-bedroom layout worked well for us, with spacious rooms and a hall. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. A big plus was the convenient car parking, just a stone's throw from the lift. One tip for future guests: make sure to pick up the garage key fob from the apartment before unloading your car! Overall, we were very comfortable here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended!

Firstly, June was a good egg! Lovely lady and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. She was always there if we had any questions or needed anything. The flat was literally perfect for a couple of nights away. Clean, everything was new. The whole place was comfortable, bright and airy with an amazing little roof terrace to sit out on and have a morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Loads of lovely little bars, cafes, shops, etc. within a stones throw and the beach is across the road. Its our first time in Brighton for 15 years or more and we were blown away by how nice the place is. Great shops, bars were all heaving, amazing vibe, great crowd. Honestly, the whole weekend was just what the Doctor ordered and we will be back. P.s, the bed was so comfy too!!!

Doug's place was just wonderful. It's perfect if you want to explore Brighton and want be very close to the beach at the same time. Doug was always very quick and helpful to answer all questions. Check-in and check-out was very easy. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back. Thanks for everything!

Emily and Lukes place was perfect for our overnight stay in Poole before getting the ferry to Jersey. The apartment was beautifully decorated ,clean and well equipped. The fresh milk and biscuits were a welcome surprise. We will definitely recommend their place.

Super cute place especially when the weather is nice. Close to the cruse port and South Hampton Airport. Only downside is it’s 2ish hours from the city of London so definitely get a rental car. 10/10 would go back!

Philip has been a great host, and we had an incredible stay. Not only was the house absolutely stunning, but the location couldn’t be better. Despite the weather still being chilly - the house felt warm and inviting, my favourite was enjoying the sea views from the comfort of the house while sipping my morning coffee. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this place feel like a home. We’ve travelled with two young kids and everything we needed was already there. The welcome treats were a big bonus! We’ve enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco with our friends on arrival. I hope we can return soon.

Great location with a character. We wanted a cosy place further away from Brighton for a few nights and this spot didn't disappoint. Our goal was to hike the Seven Sisters route and the Southwick train station was just a few minutes away which was perfect. It's a pub remodelled as a guest apartment with a kitchen, a cosy coffee corner and a view to the shipping port. It's on a pretty busy road, so it can get loud, but it didn't bother us. The host was available and proactive - we received good sightseeing and restaurant recommendations. Thanks to Stephen and Fiona!

the only improvement i would recommend is to have a air conditioning unit. the temperature didn't go below 25oc in the lodge.

Luxurious, spacious and beautifully designed - I would thoroughly recommend Granby Cottage if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing break in the countryside. Although Bradford on Avon and Bath are easily accessible, so you can have the best of both worlds! Amanda and James (and their spaniels) are very friendly and helpful, and we hope to return soon. PS their dog fields are probably the best we’ve visited, and I would advise pre-booking, as they are very popular.

This was our second stay. Everything was as nice as we remembered from our first visit. The flat is spacious and well-appointed, the location is private and quiet, and the hosts are friendly and responsive. What more could you ask for in an AirBnB?

Will & Amanda go above and beyond to make their guests stay wonderful. Check in was so easy with very detailed communication. They provided a lovely welcome book with info on the area, what’s to do, places to visit etc . The house was immaculate and very comfortable with everything you needed. The surroundings were super tranquil and just the perfect spot to relax with family. It was so lovely to simply sit and watch the wildlife outside and activity on the lake ❤️ Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing getaway from a normally fast paced life. Beautiful property, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Set right on a very peaceful lake; was great siting on the desk watching the water sports. Easy to find and enter and good communication from the hosts. No faults at all.

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Staying at Lise’s place was an absolute delight! The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Communication with Lise was fantastic – she was kind, responsive, and made everything easy. The location was a dream, with everything within walking distance, and the view was truly breathtaking. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would return in a heartbeat! 💗

Finn’s place had everything I needed for my stay, including an amazing view to watch the changing tides and people with their dogs enjoying the beach and the sea. Unfortunately it was still too cold for me to consider swimming. I would love to stay at Finn’s again next time I come to Bognor Regis.

The flat was spacious and comfortable, with all the dishes and linens we needed. Check-in instructions were very clear (with helpful photo illustrations). The location is only a few minutes from everything in central Southampton.

Goldeneye was the perfect place for our puppy’s first staycation! Rob went over and above to provide instructions and excellent recommendations, sending all information across ahead of our visit. All of the little touches for us we truly appreciated. Area is perfect for a seaside trip, very dog friendly and the apartment was perfect size. Would 100% recommend, thanks Rob!!

Julie was a fantastic host, she was very responsive and helpful. The flat was lovely, it was in a great central location and was well equipped, homely and pristine. There were thoughtful touches such as the welcome hamper and a useful parking permit. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or to return again.

Our second stay at Deborah's and even better than we remembered. There is everything you need and Deborah is very quick to respond to any questions. It's an easy 5 minute walk to the centre of Kingston and 2 minutes to the Thames and parking on the drive is a real bonus. The bathroom is well equipped and the large bedroom has a very comfortable bed. The sitting room has a comfy settee and dining table. The flat is airy because of all the opening windows and has shutters and ceiling fans to keep it cool. I can thoroughly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cosy and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Janet was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool after long days out.
