Tout était parfait , juste une remarque , la voiture est indispensable , l appartement est superbement bien situé , dans une résidence de haut standing , environnement très calme , reposant. Mais pour s approvisionner , c est le parcours du combattant , il faut prévoir .

Very bright and beautiful apartment, the neighborhood is extremely nice and quiet, away from any crowds. There is a tram nearby which is convenient, there are good restaurants, not that touristy. However, there are some things though that I would keep in mind, not necessarily bad ones, rather of practical value: - there are mostly italian sockets, if you need a Shucko socket there is only one and for me it was very hard to do my hair with my Dyson because I couldn’t see myself in the mirror (there is no mirror near the shower). - the lack of mirrors with a good light: I always put on make-up and it was hard to find a good spot… the bathroom mirror was too far away and I couldn’t be precise and the bedroom mirror was half in light, half in darkness. 🤣 - also the light is not great in the apartment during the night: I had to read and study at nighttime and used the kitchen table, but I really struggled with the visibility, I even brought one of the bedside lamps

Serdecznie polecam to miejsce, byliśmy tam zaledwie kilka dni, a czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo. Piękna okolica tuż przy starym mieście. Super połączenie komunikacyjne oraz baza wypadowa do zwiedzania Bergamo.

Avec tous les avis positifs, on se demande comment est-ce possible que ce soit aussi parfait. Et pourtant, le mot parfait n’est pas suffisant. Fabio est une personne en or: il m’a trouvé la meilleure option pour aller à Varenna comme il n’y avait plus de train; il m’a envoyé son chauffeur car nous avons loupés notre bus, il répond très rapidement. Pour un voyage, c’est très important car on peut se reposer dessus. Que dire de son appartement: la vue la plus belle du lac de Côme sûrement… Mille merci Monsieur Fabio

Federico's apartment is in a perfect location in Bergamo - right beside great restaurants and many nice bars. It was wonderful to have such a beautiful sunny terrace. The apartment itself is a little smaller and darker than the photos suggest but it's still very comfortable and great value. I would stay here again.

Ett perfekt och hemtrevligt boende som ligger i ett lugnt och tryggt område. Verkligen nära till allt och även riktigt bra livsmedelsbutiker som låg nära. Vi är jättenöjda så detta boendet är verkligen något vi kan rekommendera . Vi bodde fyra vuxna och det fungerade utmärkt. / Hans och Katarina

After a long 19-hour flight, arriving at Lake Como instantly washed away the weariness of the journey with its breathtaking beauty. The view from our accommodation was especially meaningful — a dream fulfilled for my 75-year-old father. Everything was perfect. We leave with cherished memories and heartfelt joy from this wonderful place. Thank you sincerely for your warm hospitality and kindness.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocco’s place. It was a great location with easy access to the Upper Town and the Lower Town. It was well equipped and comfy. It wasn’t too far to walk from the train station but be prepared for a number of narrow stairs to access the apartment.

Antonio is the best host ever, providing loads of information & always quick to respond. The flat is fantastic and I'm so glad we chose to stay there. We got the shuttle bus from Linate airport which arrives at Central station and then it's an easy walk to Antonio's luxurious flat. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, the shower is brilliant, the bed is large & very comfortable and wi-fi is great. However, the best part is the wonderful terrace. We spent a lot of time there and loved it. Having a Carrefour express & bakery next door was very handy. We did a walking tour with Freetour, loved Sempione park and visited the pretty Navigli canals. The first night we were tired so got a pizza & kebab from the Turkish place opposite, which was good. Then we found Ristorante San Giorgio, very close by, which was so good, we went there twice. Great food & friendly service. Sorry for long review but thank you so much Antonio for letting us stay in your beautiful flat.

We would definitely stay here again! Roberto is a wonderful host. The apartment is perfectly located and walkable to everything. Our family of three only stayed 2 nights in Crema and the apartment was perfect. The apartment is clean and very comfortable with all of the amenities you need.

Comfortable and quiet accommodation with excellent host. Views are as pictures show and lovely to relax on small balcony. Having asthma and slight mobility problem I did struggle with the 10 minute walk, all uphill, from town to home. The only other route consisted of 97 uneven stairs, the middle section being unlit. The apartment is twenty stairs up with no handrail. Taxi fare at night was only 10 euros so not a major problem. Also the C30 bus passes at the top of the road.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Franceso was an absolute incredible host. He was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and provided lots of tip/tricks/recommendations for traveling around and enjoying Lake Como. The place was super nice and modern with all the amenities listed (for anyone worried about AC, it worked quickly and was more than enough to cool it). Outside, the view was absolutely stunning and it was so peaceful and quiet at night (it is a very quiet area in general which was a plus...absolutely no tourist noise or traffic). With it being in a quiet area, I do have to prewarn it is up on a hillside that requires walking up steep hills and some staircases (when arriving, you will definitely want to have some way of being dropped off at the door if you have large, heavy baggage), but it is worth the climb. :) All in all, I couldn't recommend this place enough for anyone, especially couples, who want a beautiful, quiet place to stay and enjoy on Lake Como.

Great, great place! And as important (more?), I great, great host! Marco is one of the truly great hosts! Location was great, place was spotless and equipped beyond expectations! I had lost my razor along the way, and to my amazement, there was an individually wrapped "shaving kit", along with other little kits of things people forget! I honestly don't recall more comfortable sleeps than my nights here! All around truly one of the best! Highly, highly recommended!

Ce séjour en famille s’est extrêmement bien passé ; nous nous sommes régalés dans le logement de Luca qui correspondait parfaitement à la description. L’atout charme : le spa et le jacuzzi avec une vue imprenable sur le lac 😍 Un grand merci aux co-hôtes Andrea et Carla pour leur gentillesse et leur réactivité dans les échanges avant, pendant et après notre séjour. Je recommande sans hésitation !

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Upea asunto, jossa oli mukava viettää yhteistä aikaa. Keittiö ja terassialue soveltuvat hyvin yhteiseen oleskeluun. Ylimmältä tasanteelta hienot näkymät Milanon ylle, samoin paljusta Duomolle päin. Läheltä löytyy marketti ja metroasema pienen kävelymatkan päästä. Asunto vaikutti isommalta kuin kuvissa. Todella rauhallinen rakennus. Kodinhengetär oli ystävällinen ja antoi vinkkejä Milanossa oleskeluun. Oli luksusta, että hän kävi päivittäin siivoamassa. Laukut sai tuoda ennakkoon tai jättää uloskirjautumisen jälkeen muutamaksi tunniksi asuntoon. Tulisin uudelleen. Suosittelen!

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
