La Petite Maison – Perche Effect

Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Longère percheronne on one level: living room with equipped kitchen, living room with 1 step (stove - wood provided, sofa bed 2 pers. (sheets not provided), TV, work desk), bedroom (bed for 2 people 160 x 200 cm - sheets provided) on the garden level, bathroom (walk-in shower and corner bathtub), wc.

Enjoy with family or friends our 18th century farmhouse completely renovated on a garden of 5000m2, 1h40 from Paris. The beds will be made on your arrival and the towels will be at your disposal. Everything you need for a beautiful blaze in the huge fireplace will be waiting for you. For a weekend, the Sunday departure can be done until 4pm.
