Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Berchtesgadener Land

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Even the greeting by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying with friends.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The facility was great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Uli was a super friendly hostess. The accommodation was great and as described, especially the air cooler was worth its weight in gold in warm temperatures. I would book it again anytime.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We had a wonderful time at Karin's accommodation. Karins parents welcomed us very lovingly, with an extra game basket for our 18-month-old daughter, tips for the area and just a nice conversation. The accommodation is quietly located on the upper floor - you have your privacy and everything your heart desires. The garden was also great. We will be happy to come back.

We had a lovely time at Carmen's home It's easy to get the bus to city center which is just 10m ride away.

wow, what more can you say about this place. it is in the most beautiful location, hidden in the valley with wonderful views either side. Franz and family were lovely and accommodating, really helpful before arrival, and during my stay. I was working remotely for a few days, so did not get to enjoy the local bars and restaurants, but there was a very convenient large supermarket at the bottom of the road. Despite the wet weather, I went on runs and hikes in the area, crossing over the border into Germany, and the surroundings are beautiful. There also appears to be a very reasonable priced swimming pool nearby which i wish i was able to make the most of. Travel on the 180 bus from Salzburg Hbf was also very easy. Being able to enjoy the terrace come rain or sun made the whole stay very peaceful and enjoyable. there is a small kitchen to make some meals, the bedroom and living space is well equipped, and the private bathroom is also very good. Quiet, spacious and peaceful in a lovely little town surround by nature and great hikes but weather was pouring rain our two days here so no hiking for us. It is located a 35-40 minute drive from Salzburg so good for a day trip. Would stay here again.

We loved Moritz's (and Marco's) place. The view from the small patio was simply magnificent - with a view of the Watzmann! The apartment is very well equipped, very clean and of course very quiet. We especially liked the large bathroom. We lacked nothing there and we would go there again. The communication went great.

This was such a lovely place to stay--the view from the balcony over the river is gorgeous, and Rolf and his wife (I don't recall your name, sorry!) were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is in a bit of a weird spot but Rolf stood out in front waving and showed us to it. We loved opening the window to have the white noise from the Wassertreppe (water stairs, a man-made stone cascade in the river) to fall asleep to at night. It was also a nice location because of the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof, and the walkable plaza of the old town is about a 10 minute walk away.

We had a wonderful stay at Florian and Sandra's place. The apartment was very cozy and furnished with great attention to detail. 😊 We lacked nothing and everything was very clean. The only suggestion for improvement: a small bath mat in front of the shower, so you don't have to sacrifice a small towel, as the shower door is a little leaky. 😇 If we come to Bad Reichenhall again, we would be happy to stay in the apartment again!

Absolutely the nicest apartment that we’ve been to. Has a really nice view. But the thing is, the apartment has a veranda with a ceiling. We spent a lot of time there, also when it was raining. We ate breakfast there. We could see the view without the interference of a window. It was something. Birgit the host was fluent in English. This is not the case always with an Austrian host. In summary, this apartment was a true find. Could be the best deal in Flachau

The apartment is idyllically located in a top condition and has a beautiful balcony overlooking the Traunstein. It is about 45 minutes on foot to the nearest town and about 20 minutes to the nearest swimming area. If you want to be flexible, a car is recommended or for sporty people bicycles or e-bikes. In the apartment, you can relax well, enjoy the beautiful view and tranquility and relax well. Your hostess is very kind and relaxed and can give you good tips for activities. Great place and amazing view of the Austrian mountains.

We had a very nice short trip with Elisabeth. The accommodation is in a beautiful setting and we would have liked to stay longer to see more. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We'd be happy to come back. :)

Wonderful, responsive hostess. Bea’s apartment is cozy and chic. Apartment was clean and well equipped for our 9 day stay. Bed was comfortable. The apartment is in a private home, situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Wonderful views of the mountains. Salzburg is a quaint town where the locals are friendly and the surroundings mountains are magnificent and the nearby lakes are emerald green. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a very good stay, the environment is very peaceful, great if you want to spend a quiet stay near nature and visit Munich. Please note, there is a 20-minute walk between the accommodation and the train station, the only downside :-)

This apartment was spacious and within 20 minutes walk of historic Salzburg. A bus stop is conveniently located across the street. We appreciated Gregor’s responsiveness to our questions. We had the opportunity to meet his parents and found them to be lovely people. Be sure to bring your own shampoo and coffee. We would stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
