We had a great stay - the bunkbed with trundle was perfect for my kids - sheets/blankets all nice and clean, kitchen was nice size and was also great they had some wash pods available so we could do some laundry - 5 stars!

Our family had a terrific stay at Teresa’s place! The location is very convenient, and the house is spacious and thoughtfully & charmingly decorated. We had a small issue at check-in, but Teresa resolved it promptly and also compensated us, which was a very kind gesture. Would not hesitate to book again if we find ourselves in Richland in the future :)

We loved our stay! This place is excellent for families with little one. The playground next door was amazing! It was a cozy stay, and when we come back we will definitely want to stay again!

Clean, comfy, great beds/pillows, and a challenging and interesting history in the home/area to learn about. Home is right next to a park that has tons of enthusiastic volleyball players and families. We loved their music and excitement.

We really really enjoyed our stay - felt right at home & relaxed, there was a modern luxurious feel, everything was super clean, we had everything we needed and more! Our host was superb- friendly, communicated very well and was very flexible with us even with our checkout being delayed because of our baseball tournament in the rain! We’ll definitely be back!

This really is a beautiful, really well taken care of home. Rob is a great host, he was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly, also super polite. We enjoyed being in a more quiet rural area but still close enough to the city. My boys enjoyed the nearby fishing. We read some reviews about the dogs. Not a problem. They are tiny cute little terriers. Their tales wag when they bark. Neighbors are great friendly too. We really enjoyed our stay.

Apartment 2A was great; super convenient, an easy walk to historic downtown which has beautiful neighborhoods and various restaurants, small town feel with a 20 minute drive to bigger cities. The apartment is cute and thoughtfully put together, having a full kitchen with all basic essentials was really helpful. The only two small downsides is the walls are very thin and the one night we had neighbors in the next apartment, you could hear everything, and two, the sofa bed is not the most comfortable thing in the world. I slept on the sofa bed and my dad slept in the main bedroom, which he said had a great bed :) Would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable, easy to find, with parking right in front. Hosts were responsive. The only quibble I had are the paper-thin walls. I could hear the neighbor's conversations and TV. However, turning on the portable air-conditioner on timer solved that problem. The fan's white noise was enough to cover up the next unit's noise and allowed me to fall asleep easily. It was a perfect stay for a weekend. I liked that it had a stove top, microwave AND toaster oven, coffee maker as well as kettle. The fridge/freezer was also clean and cold and large enough that it would have been adequate for a week's worth of food. 100% would stay again when I'm in Prosser next.

I really enjoyed my stay. The accommodations were clean, quiet, comfortable, and had a fantastic view of the river.

We had a great visit with friends (7 in total), and enjoyed the pool and game room. There was a lot of attention to detail throughout the house for the guests to feel welcome. The pool was clean and added so much value for our visit. The neighborhood was quiet, and the on-site tenant had no access to the house or view to backyard. Deena was responsive and a great host.

Debbie's place was nice and the location is perfect for a nice walk and easy to find a restaurant near by. Very spacious and private. The bed was comfy, but the pullout couch was not so much. There is A/C in the apartment but it wasn't enough to circulate to the bedroom making a bit too warm at night. Overall it was a good stay and we had a great time in the river and visiting town. Will keep in mind for future visits.

Our cabin was cleaned and spotless It has both a/c and heater. Bed is comfortable. Small kitchenette has basic supplies. Bring your own spices. Parking space was not too far away. We used the hotel wagon. The bike path is 3 miles round trip. Good walking trails along the river. The hotel staff was friendly to checked us in. The food at Two barrels onsite restaurant is alright, friendly staff. The view from the cabin was spectacular, love the sound of water !

Deanna is a great host, very kind, understanding, welcoming and great at communicating . she made me and my family feel comfortable as her home is cozy and family oriented. we had a great fathers day thanks to her hospitality and comfort of her home. we recommend her hosting and home and would come back again when we plan to come back to the area.

Perfect extended stay! The home is very spacious with master king bed, which is very cozy! We got a discount for the extended stay. I work from home and the place was spacious enough to comfortably do so. If we visit the tri cities again we will book with kathy! She is very responsive and respectful!

Great stay in Richland! The house was clean, tidy, and checking in was easy. I really enjoyed it and would recommend it.

Beautiful home in a very tranquil neighborhood. Frank was communicative and had the place set up exactly to the pictures. My family loved the home and we wished we could’ve stayed another night. We hope to come back when we visit the Tri-Cities again!

This our first experience with an AirBNB and I'm so glad it was in this place. We were all thrilled with the beautiful home and definitely enjoyed it more than a hotel room we would have paid double for. The hosts were fantastic and very helpful. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I visit the Tri-Cities frequently to visit family, and always look for Shelli's place to stay. The House is just amazing, the decor and layout are over the top. It one of those houses you don't want to leave. The view of golf course and hills are wonderful, especially the morning sunrise. Shelli is a friendly, caring host, who makes you feel right at home. The sunset views alone are worth booking this house! It was the perfect place for our large group to gather and enjoy. Just off the beaten path from the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far out of the way!

What a lovely, peaceful, charming place to stay! Two friends and I were in town for an event in Grandview, and decided to stay in Prosser, just about half an hour away. I couldn't be happier with everything about the property, including an incredibly comfortable queen-sized bed! Elia and Walter are excellent hosts, and their communications were helpful and friendly. This stay was worth every penny.

Great home close to all of the restaurants nearby. Easy travel to the baseball fields we needed to get to. Clean house and beautiful back yard!
