Cabin holiday rentals in Benton County

What a spectacular stay! Possibly my favorite Airbnb I've ever stayed in. Haven's place is in a beautiful location with everything my husband and I needed for a long weekend. We enjoyed our time at the cabin, taking our kayak out for a paddle one morning on Beaver Lake. The dock was just a short walk away. We also enjoyed exploring so many of the fun things NWA has to offer. One thing to note, as others have mentioned, is that while the property is remote, it is not very private. There are multiple stays on the same property, one of which is a large home/wedding venue that had an extended family staying there. While we were not bothered in the least (we had read the description and reviews so knew what to expect), if you're looking to be by yourself, this probably isn't the spot for you. Haven was a wonderful host and offers so many things to enhance your stay. We could tell a lot of thought went into making this an excellent stay for guests. We will be back!

We loved our stay here, we were celebrating me as a soon to be bride and wanted a nice, tranquil getaway to relax and enjoy time with each other and we got just that! The hot tub was amazing and the cabin was so cute and we def plan to come back and visit.

We loved getting to kayak and just hang out by the water! It was perfect.

The best weekend get away! Our hosts were so accommodating to us! The Homestead House is absolutely beautiful, welcoming, and just so cozy! The scenery…gorgeous! I could go on and on!

Wonderful seclusion and peacefullness. Loved the back deck and hot tub area. Great place to relax and unwind after visiting the surrounding area. WiFi was out due to the weather, but we were contacted ahead of time to be informed. Not really an issue for us, but lots of DVDs had we needed entertainment. Wonderful place to stay! Loved it!

We own two Airbnbs ourselves and have stayed all over the country and let me tell you this is our favorite Airbnb to date! The surroundings are absolutely stunning! The house is located on a cliff off of Beaver Lake and the pictures don’t do it justice. The house was so peaceful, spacious and had everything we needed. We loved the hot tub and enjoyed spending a majority of our time outside. The host was very detailed with check in instructions and she included restaurants and local attractions that made it easy for us to decide what to do during our stay. All of her recommendations were spot on. I would highly recommend this space to anyone who’s looking for a fun weekend in Eureka Springs. 5 stars all around!

This place is absolutely beautiful. The lake was extremely high when we went so there wasn’t much of a “beach” to sit on but it was still very nice and lovely. We had a question during our stay and our host was very kind and helpful. Extremely cute and cozy home, no bugs and the yard was treated very well!! Love this home and the land, would love to come back.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Sycamore cabin. As we were swinging on the front porch swing watching the White River go by, my husband said, “listen”. I said to what? Exactly! There was not a sound. Absolute quiet and tranquility! The cabin was immaculate and well furnished. The bed was comfortable. You can fish right in front of the cabin. We drove a short drive into Eureka Springs and ate supper. Grounds are well kept Called Scott about TV and he was there in a couple of minutes. Beautiful place.

Thank you for another fabulous stay at the river house! Our family LOVES this place. The kids spent hours playing outside and the adults enjoyed sitting by the river. Highly recommend!

Mike was super kind to our family. We were displaced after a fire and he was more than willing to allow us there and to be able to accommodate my family and our furry friends.

The cabin was wonderful! We would enjoy a cup of coffee on the porch swing in the morning watching deer walking around! It was so peaceful and tranquil. At night we would sit on the porch and watch lightning bugs twinkling in the night while listening to all of the night birds. We really enjoyed our stay and we look forward to going back!

Loved the location since it was close to all of the biking trails, waterfalls, and Bentonville! The house was clean with plenty amenities and communication from the host was quick and helpful.

Location is very rustic and quiet. We came for a quiet holiday and it did not disappoint. We hung out and watched movies and snacked for three days. The fireplace kept the home warm and made for excellent ambiance. The house is not lakeside which was not an issue for us however the view and accommodations were a match with the pictures. Great home and surrounding woods.

Always a pleasure to stay here! Our first winter trip, and it was as nice as summertime. We stayed inside and enjoyed a cozy time together. It was clean and easy to find everything to settle in for the week. Host was always responsive, and worked with us due to inclement weather. The location is beautiful and secluded, and the perfect getaway!

The home was clean and worked well for us coming and going for a baseball tournament. the location to restaurants, shopping, and the lake was convenient. the home has been updated and nicely done we would book it again.

It was a beautiful cabin and very peaceful was just far enough to stay secluded but close enough to town your not driving everywhere.

This is such a wonderful space for a peaceful retreat. There is plenty of space for a family to spread out and our kids especially enjoyed the loft area. The cabin was very clean and comfortable — it felt like home. My favorite part was the big porch — we spent a full afternoon out there chatting, reading, and watching deer. The hosts even left corn and birdseed to feed the animals along with other goodies. If we are back in the area, this is a top pick of mine.

We were visiting War Eagle and other craft and antique shows in the area. This home was located conveniently close by. When we arrived Tresia had a nice basket with some breakfast bar’s & muffin’s. We felt so welcomed.

Wanda and Jim are very friendly. They go out of their way to make your stay great. We really enjoyed our time out there. We enjoyed relaxing on the deck with great view of the water. My kids did a lot of swimming and fishing. In the evenings with would make a fire and watch the water. Would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Wanda and Jim for making our stay great.

Absolutely loved everything about our stay! We will definitely be back!

It was a lovely stay. The location is pretty remote (at least for this city group) - plan in advance to utilize the well stocked kitchen and/or grills for meals. The most fabulous part was nature - birds singing, rabbits jumping, deer leaping and fish jumping out of the water - but unfortunately not on my hook. The place is very cozy - not your typical sterile Airbnb but someone’s much loved lake home. Enjoyed unloading my suitcase into the dresser drawers so I didn’t have to live out of them for our time there. Many thanks to the hosts for sharing this place with others.

Great place to stay on Beaver Lake. Plenty of space indoors for larger group and the outdoor areas were perfect! We loved sitting on the large covered porch in the mornings and enjoyed the hot tub and deck area as well. Excellent hosts- house and grounds had everything we needed and check in/out was a breeze. Would love to stay again sometime soon!

We loved our stay! The cabin was cozy and also had plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was exceptionally well supplied. We had everything we needed, and all the cookware was great quality, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again. Only downside- no cell service at the cabin, but the WiFi worked fine, so it wasn’t really a problem- just something to be aware of. Thanks for a great stay!
