This place has everything a family could want. All the games, the pool, the lake and having access to paddle boards and kayaks was so much fun. This is a beautiful home and surroundings. It was very clean. Only thing I could think of that we needed once we got there was a lighter, ice and a little fire wood. Our stay was a blast and I'd go back.

This is a great house to rent for family or a group of friends. There were 3 bedrooms with different sized beds in each. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom; the other bathroom is in the hallway for the two other bedroom guests to use. The master bedroom had cute swan towels, and the bathroom towels and toilet paper also had cute decor. Bedroom closets had robes and slippers. There was a welcome basket of snacks with waters in the fridge, and the house rules were in a folder on the dining room table. The outdoor pool was cold, but that was expected with the weather. There were pool floats, noodles, and a beach ball. The pool table and couches are located downstairs. You cannot use the outdoor or indoor fireplaces, and the arcade game is out of order. The location was perfect right behind Trader Joes and restaurants. The host was responsive and friendly. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for our anniversary. We had such a good time and the Airbnb was nice and cosy. My 6 year old loved having her own room and we loved the little twin bed nook in our room in case she got scared. She also really loved the skylights. It was very easy to find but our GPS took us to the wrong gate. Dennis was really quick to respond and gave us a different address to get us to the correct spot. We had so much fun and can’t wait to do it again next year! Thanks so much for hosting us.

This is a great location for anyone looking to explore Hot Springs and have a nice place to return to and relax. I strongly recommend trying it out.

it was just beautiful. we told people about our stay and three different families and friends wanted to come visit in the near future. great fishing spot for all ages. the water is so clear you can see the fish. the alligator farm and magic springs was fun. instead of eating out so much we stayed home and ate before leaving. we go different places every year this is by far the most relaxing place yet. Now for the future it all places has to have a pool. you set the bar pretty high.

The communication between the host and I was exceptional. We had a large family come into town for a granddaughter's first birthday, and the spaciousness was perfect for us!

Jana's place was fabulous and I would love to stay there again. It was quiet, peaceful and everything a family would want. It was a pleasure to unwind after a day of activities. My family and I enjoyed this resident. The house felt like home. It’s in a great neighborhood.

It was phenomenal!! Terri met us outside the village at 2am and lead us to the house and showed us around. This was above and beyond!! She also came by to drop umbrellas on one of the rainy mornings. Response to anything was always within minutes. Home and surroundings were just as described. Comfortable bed and pillows. Enough blankets. Kitchen very well stocked. Everything was clean and fresh. Would highly recommend 😊

Lisa’s place was like home to us. Very private but close to everything. We were there for an extended time waiting on the arrival of our granddaughter. Lisa and Scott went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Highly recommend. I know in the future this will be our home away from home. Clean and comfortable- couldn’t ask for anything more. Amazing stay!

We needed a one night stay for a cross country move with kids, trailer, and a cat. We got in late and left early but it was perfect for us -spacious and comfortable. I could have slept in that bed another 24 hours! Host was proactive and very friendly. If it’s available, it will be the place we stay on our trips back and forth to visit family and if we were to vacation in the area it’s where we would stay. Peaceful, but close to a lot of stuff.

Our stay at Manav's home was great from start to finish. Our family of 8 enjoyed everything. Communication was clear and incredibly helpful. All the necessary details were provided for a smooth check-in/out and there’s a guestbook offering local recommendations for restaurants, things to do, and places to go. The property itself was beautifully decorated and felt incredibly welcoming. We especially loved the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, and the stunning views. The location was perfect. It was out of the way and private with easy access to downtown and everything you could want or need.

I love Hot Springs it’s such a beautiful and relaxing place to visit. This Airbnb looked just like the photos. It was the perfect set up for families. The spacious and open concept was nice to play games and watch movies. Not to mention the fire pit for s’mores and fun basketball/fooseball table. Host was very responsive and gave great recommendations for our trip. Would definitely recommend.

Loved the location! Benton is a beautiful small town with great shipping and restaurants. This Airbnb was within a couple minutes walk to town! Closer than we expected! Plenty of space inside for 6 of us. Quiet street. Very convenient to interstate. We would stay here again.

Great home for our family. 9 adults and plenty of space for everyone. In town for our daughter’s wedding and home was close to Walmart and Sam’s Club for all the last minute purchases. Home was fully stocked to make cooking dinner a breeze. Quiet location other than the laughter coming from the living room. Enjoy the home and swinging on the front porch swing!

Christophers listing was a a great value for its location in the community. A few minor problems that was communicated that didn't cause any major problems. The 2 king beds were a hit with our family. We played golf and walked to the house on the 15th green. Awesome location!

We were needing a place to stay for one night as we travelled on a long road trip. It was perfect for our group of 6. It had a modern looking interior that was clean and well maintained. It had exactly what was listed. Our host was exceptional to work with! Glad we chose this place!

I’m grateful Karla allows for one night stays so that I could see what’s possible for a peaceful getaway in the future and book a longer trip to enjoy her pocket of heaven. Karla is a lovely host. Chanae’s place is very comfortable and perfectly clean. The home’s decor and art work make it feel special. I was visiting at the hospital each day, and it was nice to return to this house each evening. Chanae and Andrew were great at communicating and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Kyle’s house was just what we needed in the middle of a 3-week road trip. Quiet tree-filled neighborhood, a place to shower and sleep comfortably. The back deck area is a special spot to hang out and listen to the birds.
