Cottage holiday rentals in Benllech

Spent a wonderful couple of nights in a pristine cottage, surrounded by nature but also very close to everything N. Wales has to offer. Lliwen was an excellent host, proactive and responsive, and felt immediately welcome. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Just returned from a lovely few days away at this beautiful cottage. It was very clean and had everything you would need with a hot tub and sky as an added bonus!! Unfortunately the weather wasn’t on our side so didn’t get chance to sit outside in the lovely garden but it didn’t affect us having a fab time in the hot tub! I found the house great especially with a crawling 10 month old as it’s all on one level. We took our own travel cot and small highchair as I wasn’t sure if this was provided but we didn’t ask so it may have been. We would love to return in the future I can imagine it being amazing in the sun. Paul and Emma were very responsive checking if we found the place ok and replied straight away to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this cottage. We also found it great value for money. Thanks again for a lovely stay. 😊

Had a lovely weekend break at Rosie’s property, the location was excellent just off the Rhyd Ddu path and in a lovely quaint quiet area. The cottage had everything you could ask for and was very clean and tidy, the hot tub being a lovely little touch. Had a really great experience from start to finish, Rosie was very helpful and the instructions provided were excellent. Would recommend to anyone contemplating!

We loved our stay with Nick and Charlotte. They were very helpful and made us feel very at home in beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub after a long walk in the mountains!

Absolute perfection! It was exactly as described and the view was gorgeous. Andrew even helping with a flat tyre while we were there so the extra help was greatly appreciated

What a wonderful stay! Thank you for having us. We had a brilliant time exploring North Wales from Wendy’s cottage. And the hot tub was very welcome after a day of canyoning and walking.

Stayed a week at Ffion’s place and had a great stay. Cottage is really lovely and a home away from home, hot tub was great for relaxing after long walks! Felt very private, was very quiet and perfect place to relax. Location was really good, close to Conwy and Betws y Coed.

A wonderful place to stay that truly exceeded expectations. The photos do not do this place justice. You will not be disappointed. This was a perfect last minute getaway which felt like a home from home. The place was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The hot tub with separate outdoor room was perfect for drying off. We will be sure to return. Thanks again!

Great little cottage on the edge of snowdonia perfect for exploring the area. Beds were so comfy after a long day and the cottage had everything you needed! Looking forward to staying again soon

We stayed here for a belated anniversary getaway and absolutely loved it! The cottage was exactly as described. It felt like a home away from home and the views were stunning. We wanted a break from the city and we got it! It was so peaceful. We loved having the log burner so we could get nice and cosy in the evenings playing board games. The cottage is close to lots of amazing walks, and not too far to drive to others. Belinda is a fantastic host. Before we arrived she sent loads of walk recommendations and clear instructions on how to find the place. There’s a handy booklet in the living room and lots of leaflets on things to do. We stopped to have a chat with Belinda and she’s so lovely. It’s obvious how much care is put into the place. Whilst we were sad to be leaving, we’re so glad we chose to stay here and we’ll definitely come back again. Thank you Belinda!

very happy with our stay. we were super comfortable and there were lots of lovely touches. the beds were so comfy and there were lots of PowerPoints in every room which was amazing. the local area has really lovely shops and there's lots to do. the house itself feels super private and lovely. and getting to wake up to cows outside the window made my morning! we took the dogs with us and they felt right at home.

We are just home from a lovely week. The cottage was perfect for the 2 of us and our Cockapoo Billy! Just as described and has the most amazing shower (as you’ll see from other reviews, many agree!) Cottage is 5 mins from the bridge onto Anglesey so close to so many places, and roads in Wales seem so good! Just wish we had found the time to walk from the cottage to Plas Newydd. Would definitely recommend and Nina was a great host. Thank you for a lovely stay

Beautiful place to stay with breathtaking views and nestled in a peaceful setting. Close to lots of places of interest, nice restaurants and the beach.

WOW what can say. a flawless home and a flawless host. kerry was so lovely and replied to any messages pretty quickly. i’ve never had such a lovely host before. would definitely recommend this airbnb anyone; such a find. with only around a 20 minute drive to pen y pass car park for a snowdon walk or a 10 minute drive to the famous town with the long name (ll…gogogoch). it’s pretty much the best location. will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area. thanks again kerry really appreciate your kindness and care. wales is such a gorgeous country and we were happy we could explore it as much as we could whilst feeling at home.

Absolutely stunning place! I booked it for the view, but the entire surrounds of the place are beautiful! Feels like it's in the middle of nowhere, with just rolling hills. Was hard to find with the instructions given, but Emily was on the phone to give me a hand. The barn itself is gorgeous, the big window is amazing. I had the double doors open most of the time. I loved the solitude, and can't wait to come back 😊

Down in a secluded valley, where your neighbours include ancient trees, a babbling brook and a hooting owl, there is a barn. This barn has been designed with the utmost care and attention drawing on natural and reclaimed materials. Light floods the space during the day and provides a comfortable, warm refuge from which you can watch the brooding clouds as they threaten you from up above the surrounding hills. At night you are plunged into a deep, natural darkness. The location is perfect for those seeking some degree of solitude or to be immersed in nature. Only a short drive delivers you into the heart of Snowdonia but there are countless miles to explore on the doorstep for those wanting to evade the crowds. Anna is a perfect host. You could go your entire stay without seeing her but if you need her, she's there. Anna and Andy are kind and interesting people and clearly love the space that they have created. I'm only grateful that they are willing to share it.

Fantastic cottage and perfect location for Snowdonia and Anglesey. The cottage is incredibly homely and should the weather be on side, has a sweet garden to relax in after a day of exploring the local area. Thank you Amanda for being such a wonderful host, and for a fantastic stay!

Paradise indeed! Beautiful cottage in stunning surroundings. Wonderfully peaceful for 4 day’s stay whilst working at the race circuit 15 minutes away in exceptionally comfy and cosy surroundings. Bed was comfortable, the shower fabulous and the kitchen came with everything you need. Karen and Dave were fabulous hosts and I wouldn’t hesitate to return when next in the area. Thank you both!

Thank you so much for letting us stay here for our uni reunion weekend. We had a wonderful time. The cottage is absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was immaculate as well. Thank you Dave for letting me and Amanda stay at your hidden gem - it’s our second time - the views are just so perfect - sea view and the mountains - we felt at home - it’s high end through out - the kitchen has it all and more - lounge area - you can just relax and watch the sea or flick a movie on - big tv - one in - every room - - super comfy bed - bathroom is 10 -10 - a shower that you can’t move from - the pictures do not do it justice - really classy place by the sea —fab restaurants 10 mins away - we walked - I recommend a restaurant called pebbles - the Sunday lunch was top level - we had a great stay - thank you Dave - see you down the road - Best wishes - Adam and Amanda

We had a great time at the cottage, it had everything we needed as a base for exploring the area for walks. The garden is beautiful and they are helpful and responsive hosts.

Wonderful restored miners cottage. Full of charm. Really comfortable and well appointed. Welcome gifts appreciated. Games puzzles and books great to have as well as lots of useful information about the area. Eating options in the village a bit limited but easy to self cater here and a good wee supermarket. Guests should note that there is no ability to do laundry and the laundromat in the village is not great- not a problem for short stays though. Excellent location for hiking or biking. Highly recommended.

What a heavenly home. Stunning views of the estuary. This is the second time we have stayed. We loved it so much we came back. Would highly recommend.
