The house is located on our family property so while the house and patio are private, guests should expect to see family members and ducks in the yard.

After a two-year long term rental, the property has once again become available to stay (June 2025). The 5 bedroom house benefits from the sea breeze that channels its way through the bay ensuring you stay cool even through the hottest of Mozambican summers.

Garden House

A beautiful comfortable, airy home with a splash pool situated on a patio surrounded by a tropical garden filled with interesting birdlife and plenty of shady spots. Perfect for spending time in tranquil surroundings when you tire of the beach. We offer a safe parking space, 24-hour solar electricity, uncapped WiFi, and cooling. The 110m shared footpath to the beach meanders through huge Baobab trees, planted by inland African traders doing business with Arab boatmen dating back to 400 AD.

We have private beach access and are very centrally located in Vilanculos, just a short walk from the main lodges with restaurants and beach bars. Vilancoulos Beach House

Our beach house is located high above a magnificent bay north of Vilankulos. The view and beach are spectacular. World class sailing, kite surfing, diving and fishing will keep you busy. Horse riding on the beach is a must do. Delicious sea food can be bought from the local fishermen. The house sleeps 4 couples and 8 children, it has 4 ensuite stand alone bedrooms and a dorm room sleeping 8 children. The open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge are ideal for a large group. Fully staffed.

Beach Villa

Beach Villa is approximately 4 km from Villankulos. At the bottom of the garden is a private gate for beach access. Beach Villa is in a private secure estate of 14 houses with security, and Estate Manager Mel is available to answer any questions during your stay. Only a 15 minute drive from the airport, the house is fully equipped for 11 people. All rooms are en-suite with mosquito nets and air conditioned with high speed Wi-fi. Generator backup to run the whole house.
