The cottage is located in a smaller cottage area in the middle of Dalsland with proximity to both forest and lake. 80 meters from the cottage is located Ivägssjön which with its 11,4 km2 offers clean water good fishing as well as good bathing opportunities. Proximity to the adventure center Dalslands aktiviter with the restaurant Stenebygytan and Åmåls Ski center. The host has another corresponding cabin next door for another 6 guests. The cabins are booked separately.

Small patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Balcony with seating. There are roads and paths in the forest where you can walk or bike. It is 300 m to a private beach with jetty.

Promenadavstånd till ortens affärer, restauranger, lekpark, småbåtshamn, badplatser och alla fina vandrings- och cykelleder i området. Huset har 2023 fått ett invändigt ansiktslyft och renovering. Ny WC/Dusch och nya ytskikt i alla bostadsrum.

En typisk lillerstuga intill det större huset på en äldre bondgård. Inredningen är typisk åttitalsrenovering med mycket furu, men allt du behöver för några lugna semester dagar finns. Detta boende passar den som vill ta det lugnt och har andra prioriteringar än lyxig komfort. Dagarna spenderas kanske i skog o natur, eller med kanoten som finns tillgänglig i sjön. Väl hemma kanske tänder i vedspisen och låter tankarna över dagens händelser vandra.
