I had an incredible stay at this apartment! Yulia was incredibly accommodating and responsive, making check-in and communication smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was well-maintained and clean. The location is also perfect— besides being strategically situated near Nagoya Hill Shopping Mall and Grand Batam Mall, there are food courts, convenience stores, massage parlor, and dental clinic in the vicinity. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

“Firstly, the room was clean and well-maintained. The gym and swimming pool were conveniently located just outside. If you enjoy walking and taking in scenic views, the area is very beautiful. For those who prefer to cook, the place is equipped with a rice cooker and other kitchen essentials. Lastly, the host was very friendly and had a sweet personality. Overall, the trip was great!🍀

Great place for staying with a great view and cozy place, would recommend it

Joshua and the team were very helpful hosts! They provided clear instructions with pics for check-in and were very communicative :) The accomms was spacious and lovely, well-cleaned. It was near the causeway so I was worried there would be some car noise but actually it was nothing that prevented us from having an enjoyable and restful stay! We particularly enjoyed using the mahjong set and the view at the balcony :) Location is convenient with lotsa food options and stalls below. Thanks for the great stay!

The unit in Willby was new and extremely clean , quiet and well equipped with everything one needs including a Japanese bathroom to dry clothes. I really enjoyed the view and central location for both work and exploration. I felt like a lucky Singaporean. Thanks to the great online and concierge checkin.

KC was a great host who gave clear instructions. His unit is huge, clean and comfortable, just like a home away from home vacation.

Best host ever, Some hiccups but the host took time to call me to assure us she is gonna fix the problem. She even refunded us for the first day stay and 20% off for our next booking with her. She handled the situation swiftly. And not forgetting we checked in after midnight and she was able to reply and call me to explain and apologise soo many times. Such a nice caring person. Highly recommend. Apartment was super nice view. Very cosy. Only had to wait for the lift. Took forever. But it’s normal. Thank you Host;)🥰😍😍

It was a very nice apartment , very cozy and have 5 star hotel service. The host really think of the guuest comfort. Very recomenned. will stay here again next visit. note ; the floor but quite slipery, maybe too clean ...... except that everything is perfect .
