As others have mentioned this is an excellent holiday flat and superb base from which to explore Normandy and the beautiful city of Caen. The flat is clean, comfortable and is very well equipped for self-catering though the nearby town center bars and restaurants may tempt you out at little more that you planned. Highlights include secure and convenient parking, excellent bathroom and shower, comfortable bed and the bonus of a lovely private garden to kick back while sampling the local calvados in the evening. As mentioned the flat is very central with a five minute walk into the center for fresh bread and croissants in the morning. Caen itself is full of surprises with beautiful churches and abbeys combined with a very laid back atmosphere. Though we did not meet Christine her ongoing communication was both discrete and charming. Book you wont regret it. 5 stars all round

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The view was amazing and the place had everything we were looking for. The host was very responsive when we needed to reach her. I would definitely recommend this place to others who are looking to get away from the city for a few days.

Very nice apartment with fantastic views! We felt right at home. Everything is tidy and clean. Florence is very hospitable and gives directions on what to do and where to go both online and with a guide prepared by her that you find at home. Honfleur is wonderful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Laurence's house. It is in a great location, with excellent parking. The house is exactly like the pictures, we would happily return.

The most stunning and fairy tale looking house that I have ever seen, it’s surrounded by nature, the beach is super near. The owner of the property was very kind. The only thing that I would advise is to come with a car if the plan is to move around and visit towns. It’s super difficult and expensive to get Ubers or taxis. Overall this was a beautiful experience and we would’ve loved to stay longer.

Very welcoming accommodation, close to Deauville, in a peaceful setting. The house is functional and ideal for 6 people. Communication with Stéphanie was very smooth, we had a great weekend and will not hesitate to come back.

The accommodation promised everything as shown in the photos. Everything went smoothly with Emma, and she was helpful and quick to respond to questions. The location is magnificent, sights are very quickly accessible and later you can relax in the pool. The furnishings of the house are very elegant and everything is on site. Awesome beachfront with children , beach in front of the bay of the loggia, sublime view, easy parking, secure residence with gate beep. Functional apt, very well arranged, space, big plus the closed loggia that opens up entirely . Yasmina on arrival and departure very flexible and good advice. Friendly and available hosts. 5 minutes from Cabourg and 15 minutes from Houlgate, easy access to visit the flowery coast as well as the landing sites. We recommend it in a second . Cdlt. The location was great and the room was comfortable and relaxing for a group of women. The host was friendly and gave us information about the area. As there was time before the next guest, they kindly stored our luggage for us. If I have the opportunity to come to Deauville again, I would like to stay here with amy friend.
