Great place and hospitality, Location is amazing and apartment was clean full with all equipment you would need.

The communication was easy. Sade was always available and quick to respond and help with questions during the stay. The locations was really good! Nice area and close to shops, restaurant and public transport. The accommodation was up to the expectations.

Very nice apartment. We were a group of friends of six girls and hi had plenty of room. The roof terrace was magical. Clean and nice house with all the necessities needed. You walked to the old town in 5-10 minutes from the property. Priority Villas informed us several times about disruptive nightlife in the area, there are two nightclubs that are close to the property. You are not disturbed by the music but a bit of people passing by outside. But this was not very difficult, we were so happy about our nice accommodation where we could enjoy holidays together 👍

Such a stunning location and very clean and modern apartment. Located directly on the water and steps away from the beach. It was truly a relaxing stay and the views cannot be beat. There are plenty of restaurants and bars right next door. They provided beach towels which was nice. We were a group of 4 adults and would stay again.

Spacious, centrally located and a great affordable find in a high end destination such as Deia. Several large rooms in a classic Spanish style over two floors with a balcony, with everything you need to be comfortable. Great views of the town, mountains and even the sea. Near to bus stops and we were really impressed with the island bus service which met all of our travel needs - much easier than driving/parking. Kitchen was great for snacks and drinks. With loads of restaurants and bars nearby, we didn't bother with cooking. A very minor drawback, outside the hosts' control, was the location is on a busy corner of the road with lots of daytime traffic and footfall. Although you can hear beautiful live classical music in the evenings, there were also a few noisy wedding discos. Quiet on a night and able to sleep fine. Thanks for the bottle of wine.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Ponca. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth and seamless—they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment itself was beautifully equipped and truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who enjoys cooking, I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen—it had everything a home chef could ask for. One of the absolute highlights was the view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The blue color of the water was so dreamy and calming—I found myself starting and ending each day just taking it all in. The location was perfect. Just a short stroll to the beach, surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, everything was within easy reach. And with a bus stop just 20 meters away, getting to Palma was incredibly convenient. All in all, this stay exceeded my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories. I would return in a heartbeat.

We had an absolutely fantastic long weekend in Mallorca, largely thanks to Ed & Wayne’s wonderful apartment. It’s fully equipped with everything you could need and located in a truly stunning spot in Port de Sóller – waking up to the view over the bay was pure joy. Everything was perfectly taken care of, and communication was smooth and warm. Highly recommended!

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! We had an amazing stay in Palma and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking! It is right in the city center so you can walk to just about anything you want and if it’s not walkable, you’re close to the main area where many taxis are waiting and the bus stop is located. Maria communicated with me leading up to the trip and was even able to accommodate us checking in a few hours earlier, which was so helpful and much appreciated! The apartment was spotless and matched the description, I actually think it was even better than I anticipated…the small balcony seating was great and we were able to enjoy the shared rooftop patio a few nights as well! Because the apartment is in the city center you will hear city noises, if this bothers you it may not be the place for you, but we loved the background noise! Also - when packing, keep in mind you’ll have to carry your suitcase up a series of steps! It wasn’t impossible, but could be difficult for folks with mobility issues.

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

Our stay at the apartment was beautiful. Everything was as described and in the pictures, everything clean and in a top location. Absolute recommendation.

We liked this apartment a lot. It felt very large. The layout of the apartment was great. It made great use of the space. The bedrooms are well separated from each other. The same is true of the bathrooms. The location is especially good, close to Plaça Major and Mercat de l'Olivar, short walks to many great sites and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay very much and we are already thinking about a return visit.

Everything's great, with mini minuscule smears! The apartment is right on the shopping mile with shops and restaurants, and yet you don't get much of the hustle and bustle (April/May). To the north you can walk to the coast in a few minutes - and a few more minutes later on a huge sandy beach! In the south you can be on the harbor promenade in 7-10 minutes, with a huge selection of restaurants! Here, too, there is a small bay with beach and crystal clear/turquoise blue water. To the small smears: The apartment is located between two roads that have longitudinal drain gates - and every time a car drives over it it it makes "klack-clack". That was a bit annoying in the morning. In addition, there is a glass container right next to the apartment, which you have also heard from time to time. At the beginning of the stay, you can expect a folder with many many rules, which I consider to be predominantly self-evident - however, it has been somewhat after "raised index

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

The three of us had six wonderful days in the apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the wonderful large terrace right on the beach. Taxi and bus almost at your doorstep, supermarkets as well. Everything we needed was there. We will be happy to come back. Thanks to David!

Matthias and Martin were available to us all the time. Communication on site went smoothly. Check-in was very flexible and straightforward. On-site parking was great. The kitchen was equipped as standard with spices and water. A washing machine and dryer were available on site for a small fee. Bathroom was very clean, towels were sufficiently provided on site. A third friend visited us in the meantime for a few days, and this was also no problem to clarify and organize. The pool and the outdoor facilities were awesome. Martin gave us numerous tips for restaurants in the village as well as trip and excursion destinations in Palma as well as in all directions on the island.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
