Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bendalong

Jos's place is South Durras was the perfect location for a belated Christmas holiday with my in-laws. The home is large, and very well appointed with a full kitchen, multiple bathrooms, garage with bikes, etc. It was exactly what we needed! The daily kangaroo visits were an added bonus!

The property was beautiful and easy to find with Nadja’s directions. The views from the bathroom were amazing and my wife and I were able to relax in the spa whilst looking at the landscape. The kitchen was well equipped, the place was tidy, the hosts were very nice and we would 100% stay again!

From the moment we arrived every detail about guest experience has been thought of. There are so many little, thoughtful details that truly make you feel so welcomed. My highlights were; meeting Greg who was putting the horses to bed and happy for us to wander up and have a chat and meet the animals. The two dogs Chum and Bundy were really friendly and up for a pat. Plus, the duck pond with the viewing platform and seat. So cute! The firepit had all the wood and was ready to go which I really regret not making the most of this. The personalised card, treats and breakfast was really sweet, and they provided tips on making the most of the claw foot bath tub. It's hard to find an AirBNB that still cares so much about guest experience. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the horses and alpacas in the paddock, and waking up in the morning with the view of the horses frolicking around. It's was an unreal experience that allowed us to unwind from our busy lives

Lovely welcoming place and the fire was lit when we arrived which was wonderful. Great place, clean had everything we needed. The only unfortunate thing was the traffic on main road at 4.30am on a Monday/Tuesday, may be different in the weekend but that was the only downfall. Everything else was amazing thank you

Allyson's place is a perfect getaway! Some highlights for me were Allyson's responsiveness, the space is pet friendly, how close it is to the beach, and the bathtub! I had a bath every night. It was so relaxing and wonderful. I highly recommend it and plan on coming back again!

Best location ever! The host were very accomodating and easy to contact, they really went above and beyond to ensure our stay was phenomenal! definitely would recommend this stay and will be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at Tim and Caitlin’s. The deck area is huge, with the view looking out to the fields just magical in the afternoon. Plenty of room inside, with a big table and couches and a kitchen with all necessary cooking equipment. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks so much for hosting us.

A wonderful place in the country for a short break with the dogs for my daughter and her husband. I booked at very last minute due to the flooding in the mid north coast and Ellen and Tim were so responsive and accommodating accepting our booking so late and making it happen. They had been before and the experience was just as perfect - and super understanding of the dogs muddy feet due to all the rain. Thank you so much - we will be back again for longer next time.

We had a lovely stay at the Happy Pelican on the Easter weekend. The garden cottage was exactly as pictured and described - light and spacious with everything provided. Truly a home away from home! Heinz was an excellent host - responsive and very welcoming. Highly recommended!

What a lovely place to unwind! The host was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The surroundings were peaceful and serene — perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our pups had an absolute blast playing around, which made the stay even more special. Lovely place to stay. Peaceful location a few steps to the beach and with many other places to visit a short drive away. Clean, comfortable and stylish house with plenty of space for our family group of five plus dog. We hope to return! Susan was also very helpful and friendly without being in any way intrusive.

A great house in a great location - just a few minutes walk to the beach. House was very clean and lovely throughout. Kitchen was well stocked. If we could make any recommendations for improvement, it would be to add another outdoor dining table/chairs so that everyone could sit/eat outside together. We really enjoyed out stay.

We stayed here for a week over the public holiday and were hugely grateful for Dom and Fred’s hospitality. They were warm and friendly hosts with a number of good local recommendations for activities or sights to see. My partner and I stayed with our dog and it was the perfect base to explore Huskisson and the surrounding coast. The accomodation was small but cosy and just what we needed for our getaway.

Twin Oaks was such a lovely getaway location. Kate and her family were so friendly and helpful and were always happy to chat. The cottage was beautiful, clean and very toasty and cozy. The animals were lovely and great to interact with. We took our almost 2 year old and it was very kid friendly, with toys inside and a playground outside. Our dog also had a great time playing with Bentley, the resident lab. They were two peas in a pod. The cottage is also close to local towns with great cafes, restaurants and shops. I would definitely recommend Twin Oaks and look forward to staying again.

Shane was super responsive, helpful, accomodating and gave great recomendations for dinner. The place is so central to the main street in Husky without the noise. The beds and pillows were super comfy and the place was clean and clutter free which I love!

We recently enjoyed a beautiful 3 night stay at Diana’s gorgeous apartment in Mollymook. It surpassed our expectations. The apartment has all necessary amenities & is very spacious with sea views. Diana also recommended lovely cafes & restaurants & walks in the area. Highly recommended! Thanks so much for all a wonderful stay Diana ❤️

I highly recommend this property as it was stunning. My husband and I went away for two nights for a wedding and from the moment we walked into the door we felt so calm and both in awe at how beautiful the property was. So much thought has gone into this beautiful home and I think it’s one of our favourite spots we have stayed to date. The outside bath was our favourite along with the fireplace to help us relax. The host was great and check in was super easy. We could not fault one thing and we cannot to book again for a weekend reset. The perfect location for anyone wanting to slow down. We stayed as a couple but this place would be amazing to go with two other couples, a family or friends! Location was also great and walking distance into town.

A great stay at well described and viewed place, featuring all amenities. Huge living areas, very spacious for privacy or inclusions. Fantastic outdoor living area and dining, with excellent clean pool and surrounding garden area. Close to beach location and food options within walking distance. Would recommend and definitely book again.

Incredible location with an amazing 180 degree view of the ocean that makes this property really unique. The home is a short drive to most places that you’d want to visit in the area, and there are bush walking trails near by also. If you are after a special location with an ocean panorama as your backdrop, then this home will not disappoint.

We had a great stay at Mark and Sandra’s place. The house is very nice and spacious. The description, photos and amenities in the listing are accurate. The kitchen was amazing, there were plenty of pots and pans and kitchen stuff so we had no issues when we prepared our meals. Their place has a very homey ambience. Mark has been very responsive to queries and concerns. We had an issue with the screen door during check in but Mark was able to sort it out asap. We had a very nice stay at their place. We highly recommend their place. Thank you Mark and Sandra for being great hosts!
