Family-friendly holiday rentals in Bend

Tracy's beautiful luxury cabin exceeded our expectations. It had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed walking around the pristine lake, starting our day in the hot tub, cooking in the evening and enjoying meals with family. The cabin is close to Bend and to beautiful nature sites. Thank you for a peaceful and memorable stay in your cabin in the pines.

Had a very pleasant stay. The hot tub although an older model was fantastic. Plenty of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Overflow parking in the cul-de-sac was a plus as well. Kitchen was well stocked even had some fun spices. I appreciated the washer and dryer along with laundry soap. Same model I have at home! Nice big screen TV with Roku. Open concept was really nice. Super easy check in check out was able to use barbecue grill with no issues as well. Plenty of ceiling fans with lots of airflow. The place does only have one very small bathroom. If you’re going with a larger group, it may be something to consider. Would stay again if in the area.

A true gem! We had a wonderful time enjoying the beautiful views, hiking, and soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. Great family time. Would highly recommend!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood! Easy to walk downtown and along the river. Nice, secluded outdoor area with hot tub and fire pit to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and updated. Bedrooms were cozy and comfortable. The separate apartment above to garage was a nice bonus as was the ping pong table inside the garage. Would definitely return here for future stays in Bend!

We stayed here 8 years ago and it was just as sweet staying here again as it was then. The neighborhood is so peaceful and the cozy home had everything for our quick weekend trip to Bend. I love that we can walk to see a show at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater and not have to drive. I also love that its a super quick walk to Newport Ave. Market.

Had a lovely stay over Memorial Day weekend at Magnolia House. The house was perfect for our group of 5 and we really appreciated all the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, outdoor seating, bikes, game room). The house is comfortable and well appointed with lots of thoughtful details. The location is great as well. Close proximity to coffee shops, bakeries, eateries and Newport Market. We also walked into town and to Hayden Amphitheater for a concert. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time at this home—it was perfect for our stay! Everything was exactly as described (if not better). The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The whole space felt welcoming. The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to explore, yet quiet and peaceful when we wanted to relax. Communication with the host was seamless; they were responsive, helpful, and clearly cared about making our stay great. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This was a beautiful place to stay for our vacation week in Bend. The location was perfect for walking to restaurants, coffee shops, a great playground and easy access to get to Mt Bachelor. The house was very clean and comfortable, we felt right at home.

The cottage is wonderful, right on the river, incredibly clean and well stocked. There’s a great assortment of water toys too, paddle boards, kayaks, and inflatables. Even better is that Jackie is an amazing host, so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Fantastic location too!

Karen was a gracious and welcoming host who may our visit wonderful! We greatly appreciated her flexibility with our check-out time. It was especially helpful after my spouse ran the marathon the day prior. Also, the fact that she provided a pack ‘n play (in great condition!) for our 2-year-old made our travels so much easier (and literally lighter!!) Thank you, Karen! We highly recommend staying at her place.

We had a great stay here! The place was in a very walkable neighborhood with easy access to the river, parks, and trails. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. The bed is in a loft space accessed by a steep ladder -- no problem for our stay, just something to be aware of.

We loved our stay! This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate Mother’s Day. The home had everything we needed and more. There were so many unique touches that we really enjoyed. We were also close to town and had bikes for the whole family. We will absolutely be back.

Anna’s cottage is lovely! Perfectly appointed for a weekend away, the yard was wonderful for our small dog to run around in. Appreciated how communicative and helpful Anna was. Thanks for a great stay — we’ll be back!

We had a great time here with our family trip. We had 6 adults and 2 kids and lots of room for all of us. The kids liked the foosball table and we enjoyed the proximity to paths and the river. We used the tubes and life jackets to float and played some pickleball. The TV doesn't have cable/channels so bring your own streaming device - we were prepared for this and brought ours to catch some Olympics in our down time and when AQI got too high outside. This was a much more reasonably priced house than most in and around the Sunriver area, but still good proximity to pickleball/tennis, river, and small but clean pool. Lots of deer in the yard each day and lots of big fluffy bunnies hopping around. We would stay here again.

This was our 2nd stay at Fran's place and we just love it here. We really like having the 1.5 bathrooms. The condo is very well equip with everything you need for your stay. We used the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of pool chairs and it wasn't crowded at all. Fran provides the pool towels as well. We feel right at home when we stay here.

This was a great house for a family vacation in SunRiver. The kids loved the game room and the house was cozy.

Proactive host, great location, and awesome residence.

Although we didn't use the garage facilities it was great that he had all the games to play. Liked the choice of bikes. Liked the fact he had basketballs and discs even though we didn't get to play. Maybe fix the kitchen aerator. I couldn't find the instructions to the pellet stove, but really didn't need it. Good trip, good weather, saw a lot of our relatives who live around here. Enjoyed the home.

My husband and I loved staying here at Anne's place! It was roomy for just the two of us, but could have easily fit another couple and maybe a couple of kids. We loved being able to use the two bikes provided and access to the pool and hot tub. It was nice that it wasn't in the main Sunriver area so it wasn't as busy or crowded, but it was still close to food trucks, a market and a few stores. The condo does get a little warm, but the fans really helped. We would love to stay here again.

This was a clean and comfortable home in Sisters for our family of 4 to stay in. The surroundings can't be beat - we saw deer, quail, and bunnies right outside and there were smooth paths for the kids to bike and scoot all over the neighborhood. Very quiet and peaceful. Note that the house is a split level with only 1 bathroom on the lower floor.

Julie's condo was fantastic overall. The place was very clean, and she was very accommodating and responsive. Definitely a 5 star experience for the location and cost. I would give it a 6 star experience if the tvs and internet were updated. The neighbors upstairs were pretty noisy, but that is obviously out of her control. Overall, we had a fantastic experience, and would absolutely stay at Julie's condo again if we found ourselves back in Sunriver. Thank you Julie!
