Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

This man deserves a Nobel Peace Prize. I am Thong's first guest after COVID, so the house is still being renovated here and there, but he provided everything I needed at my request in a timely manner. His wife and daughter have also been extremely friendly and approachable. The neighborhood is local where everything is handy and not so expensive, which I loved. The location is close to District 1. You can just take the bus to go to the city center. The only thing is the stairs are a little steep, but that's common to other houses in Saigon. If you have leg problems, kindly double check with Thong. Thong deserves the Peace Prize because he did his best to support me when I had a really bad health situation on the day I was supposed to leave Vietnam. He took me to the airport and tried to look for a new flight ticket for me. He also bought me food many times when I could barely get up. I could have made my trip back home without him.

This is the third time I book Ms. Ly house. Although she was not at home because of business reason, she still gave me instructive information when she was away. She wished me luck in my job interview and many other things. I am appreciated that I have known her, I will definitely book her house for other occasion or recommend to other friends!

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

The view from the balcony was great.Loved the balcony.The room was comfortable with all the amenities we needed than we expected.The location was also very convenient, easy to get around and easy to get a car.We are coming back.

The apartment is in a very quiet side street with very nice neighbors and delicious little street food stands in a great neighborhood in the middle of Saigon. We had 2 rooms on the 2nd floor, one with a spacious and beautifully landscaped balcony. Both rooms were spacious, very clean and tidy. The hosts were very nice and helpful. Thank you so much for the pleasant stay and the wonderful time at your place!

This room is super loud and also has netflix to watch, the inner lobby area is chill and quiet, there is also a free laundry area I like to open the curtains early in the morning to have a very chill green tree, from the bed to see the sky and trees and read books, it is super liked Especially, the hostess here is very enthusiastic and friendly, bringing a sense of comfort like staying at home with guests. The service quality is very good, I will come back next time

I was embarrassed because the accommodation was very slightly in the alley, but it wasn't hard to find. The size of the house, the location, the air conditioning, and all the facilities were satisfactory.

I can say, the hospitality of Tuang Giang is EXCELLENT! He’s very helpful and kind. He will make sure he can provide everything even small things. He was very accommodating. We stayed at 3rd floor, he helped us with our things. We really love the place and all the people there are nice 😊. It’s near the airport so this is a nice place to visit specially for the tourists. ♥️♥️♥️

It's the accommodation I always use on the day of arrival. I was very satisfied with the room size, cleanliness, and response, etc. for the price. However, due to the location, there are advantages and disadvantages of being able to get up early in the morning. I am always satisfied and will continue to use it.

We could not have stayed in a better place. Our visit was perfect. Our flight arrived 7 hours before check in but Vinkun was still there to meet us. He took care of our luggage, made sure we were comfortable at a very close local cafe and suggested food items. He had the place cleaned and we were in well before the 2:00 pm check in time. And the place was spotless, better than the pictures and description. During our stay he took care of every request, responding within minutes. We could not have asked for a better host, he’s awesome! Vinkun has kept in touch even after we returned to America and has invited us to stay with him again. Even offering a more personalized stay, if that’s possible. We will definitely take him up on that. If you plan to visit Sài Gòn this is the place to stay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Posh experience! Its part of a planned locality and the house has a theme which synced well with us. Beautiful paintings, all accessible stuff. Hai was very responsive and easy to approach! Its a bit away from airport but if its not a condition, go for it!

Mochi is a kind host. The place is surrounded by lots of good restaurants. And the room is super cozy, small but has everything you need during your travel.
