Monsieur super gentil ! L’appartement est beaucoup plus beau en vrai qu’en photo , très spacieux on c’est senti à l’aise et en sécurité. Tout est à proximité (restaurants , plage accessible même à pied, Marjane à côté pour les achats ) fin c’était un séjour parfait pour notre part ! :) Je recommande !

We had a great time at mr Khalid’s apartment it felt peaceful , safe and comfortable. The place was very clean beautiful furniture well organized and found everything we needed and more ! The host mr Khalid is super nice he welcomed us with beautiful fruits and he was so helpful and friendly We are definitely gonna visit back in the future i highly recommend it

A fantastic apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and just as described. Meryem was helpful and friendly, responding to any messages very quickly The apartment is next to the park with lots of cafes and restaurants right outside. The beach is a 10 minute walk. We would highly recommend and will use again

Gorgeous villa, the villa is even more impressive than the photos and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Amine was a perfect and friendly host, accommodating early check in, was super responsive over what's app, and helped us with recommendations and questions whilst we were there. Bel endroit pour séjourner à mohammedia, à proximité de toute commodités, un endroit idéal pour une famille, calme et spacieux, identique à la description. Nabil a été très réactif à toutes mes questions, un endroit à recommander à mohammedia. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Un véritable coup de cœur ! Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos : spacieux, très propre et idéalement situé à deux pas de la mer. On s’endort avec le bruit des vagues et on se réveille face à un paysage apaisant — le rêve ! L’hôte a été, très réactif et attentionné, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande les yeux fermés, et j’espère avoir la chance d’y revenir très bientôt. Merci pour cette parenthèse parfaite !

Our family spent 10 days at Mouna’s property and our stay was nothing short of exceptional. First, Mouna is an amazing host who made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. She is responsive, helpful, and made sure that the house was spotless and ready for us. The house itself is a gem. It is by far the nicest lot in the the development. The house is perfect and has everything one needs, with an exceptional backyard. The manicured garden is gorgeous, oversees the 6th hole of Bouznika Golf Club, and the private pool is huge. The kids spent 75% of our time outside, and had a blast. The beach is 5 minutes walk and offers amenities such as lounge chairs and umbrella rentals, etc. Mouna connected us with a housekeeper, Khadija, who was phenomenal throughout. You will need to have a car, but Rabat and Casablanca are 30 mins away. You can enjoy all the benefits of the city, while taking advantage of the quiet of this beach property. We will be back without any doubt!

Bonjour, Notre sejour dans le logement s’est tres bien passé. Résidence fermée et sécurisé. Les enfants on pus s’amuser dans la résidence sans crainte. Résidence tres calme ou nous avons pu nous ressourcer et profiter du jardin et de la plage a proximité. Superette accessible a pied. Hote reastif et disponible Je recommande pleinement

Nous avons passé d’excellente vacances chez Mohamed. Il a été très réactif durant tout notre séjour pour les questions que nous avions. La résidence est très agréable très bien entretenue et calme. Nous avons pris plaisir à profiter de toutes les activités de la résidence et de la plage. Le logement de Mohamed est très bien situé dans la résidence et offre tout le confort nécessaire. Je recommande et j’ai hâte d’y séjourner à nouveau.

We had a wonderful stay in this beachfront apartment! It's absolutely magnificent and has all the necessary equipment to feel right at home. The only point to improve, in our opinion, concerns the check-in and check-out times. Arriving after 3 PM and departing before 11 AM would be more comfortable than the current times (4 PM and 10 AM).

Great host, everything went smoothly from start to finish. We stayed with our family, and the apartment was beautifully furnished, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The large pool was a real highlight our son had so much fun swimming and playing there every day. The host was always available, very friendly, and extremely helpful whenever we needed something. We felt completely at home and didn’t miss a thing – everything we needed was already there. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere!

Appartement très soigné avec tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer un excellent séjour et très bon emplacement, à proximité de toutes les commodités, avec accès facile à la plage Sablette. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was definitely worth the price. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb in Maghreb the past couple of years alone and with my family and the shower at this apartment is the best that I have experienced, not just the look but the quality.

Lina accommodated us, we greatly appreciated it. Easy check in and out. The place is modern and clean; great location - walkable to the beach and has 3 swimming pools on site. The place also has gates and security guards.
