Super nice gentleman! The apartment is much more beautiful in real life than in the photos, very spacious we felt comfortable and safe. Everything is close by (restaurants, beach accessible even on foot, Marjane next door for shopping) it was a perfect stay for us! :) I recommend it!

We had a great time at mr Khalid’s apartment it felt peaceful , safe and comfortable. The place was very clean beautiful furniture well organized and found everything we needed and more ! The host mr Khalid is super nice he welcomed us with beautiful fruits and he was so helpful and friendly We are definitely gonna visit back in the future i highly recommend it

A fantastic apartment, with everything we needed. It was very clean and just as described. Meryem was helpful and friendly, responding to any messages very quickly The apartment is next to the park with lots of cafes and restaurants right outside. The beach is a 10 minute walk. We would highly recommend and will use again

Gorgeous villa, the villa is even more impressive than the photos and the pool and gardens are beautiful. Amine was a perfect and friendly host, accommodating early check in, was super responsive over what's app, and helped us with recommendations and questions whilst we were there. A real favorite! The accommodation is even better than in the photos: spacious, very clean and ideally located close to the sea. You fall asleep to the sound of the waves and wake up to a soothing landscape - the dream! The host was very responsive and caring, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I recommend it with my eyes closed, and I hope to have the chance to come back very soon. Thank you for this perfect interlude!

Our family spent 10 days at Mouna’s property and our stay was nothing short of exceptional. First, Mouna is an amazing host who made sure that everything went as smoothly as possible. She is responsive, helpful, and made sure that the house was spotless and ready for us. The house itself is a gem. It is by far the nicest lot in the the development. The house is perfect and has everything one needs, with an exceptional backyard. The manicured garden is gorgeous, oversees the 6th hole of Bouznika Golf Club, and the private pool is huge. The kids spent 75% of our time outside, and had a blast. The beach is 5 minutes walk and offers amenities such as lounge chairs and umbrella rentals, etc. Mouna connected us with a housekeeper, Khadija, who was phenomenal throughout. You will need to have a car, but Rabat and Casablanca are 30 mins away. You can enjoy all the benefits of the city, while taking advantage of the quiet of this beach property. We will be back without any doubt!

Very quiet residence where we were able to recharge and enjoy the garden and beach nearby. Superette within walking distance. Reastive and available host I fully recommend

We had a great vacation at Mohamed's. He was very responsive throughout our stay for the questions we had. The residence is very nice, very well-maintained and quiet. We enjoyed enjoying all of the activities of the residence and the beach. Mohamed's place is very well-located in the residence and offers all the comforts you need. Recommended and looking forward to staying again.

We had a wonderful stay in this beachfront apartment! It's absolutely magnificent and has all the necessary equipment to feel right at home. The only point to improve, in our opinion, concerns the check-in and check-out times. Arriving after 3 PM and departing before 11 AM would be more comfortable than the current times (4 PM and 10 AM).

Great host, everything went smoothly from start to finish. We stayed with our family, and the apartment was beautifully furnished, very spacious, and spotlessly clean. The large pool was a real highlight our son had so much fun swimming and playing there every day. The host was always available, very friendly, and extremely helpful whenever we needed something. We felt completely at home and didn’t miss a thing – everything we needed was already there. It’s the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was definitely worth the price. I’ve stayed at multiple Airbnb in Maghreb the past couple of years alone and with my family and the shower at this apartment is the best that I have experienced, not just the look but the quality.
