Liza's communications from booking to checkout were detailed, timely, and friendly. Would highly recommend a stay here!

This was our second stay here. Our daughter's family lives in the neighborhood and this is the perfect location for us to stay while visiting. It is quiet, comfortable and just what we need. The yard is very cute and we love to look at the animals with our grandchildren. We lucked out and saw the planets aligned from the driveway on the 25th, as it is dark enough to view the stars without city lights. Don and Lori are great hosts- there are treats and fresh eggs in the fridge, and everything we needed was right there. We will be back.

Mara is a great host, charming and thorough.........a great combination for us! Her detailed instructions and "hands-off" thereafter approach was perfect for us. The unit was just the right size for us and had everything we needed for our week plus stay. We hope to visit and stay again in the future as the location is perfect for us.

A magical sanctuary! We loved every minute of our stay and the only negative part was that we had to leave. The location is epic- walk anywhere, restaurants, beach, UCSC, downtown, coffee shops. The hot tub is totally private and the place has a very homey feel. The lot is beautiful. Would stay here again.

This cottage is a little gem in a desirable part of the city. The upstairs sleeping loft is spacious and well laid out with plenty of closet and drawer space. We loved the thoughtful touches like high-quality coffee, a bottle of wine, extra sheets and towels, and attractive decor and books. Host Johnny was very responsive to our questions about the heating unit and fixed it right away. Not a problem for the physically agile, but guests should be aware that the outdoor side entrance is maybe 24 inches wide, and that the steep loft stairs are necessary to navigate to use the bathroom. Overall, a wonderful stay with a kind and thoughtful host!

We felt right at home; simply and amply appointed. It was surprisingly spacious for a one bedroom and easily accommodated four adults. The outdoor garden space was perfect for evening and morning relaxation. The sign of a GREAT host is how they handle an accidental (major) breakage. As guests, we were mortified. Diana was absolutely gracious. Thank you for your understanding, Diana.

Stayed for the first time in Pescadero with the family. Steve's place was perfect - great location, well equipped, lots of space. Loved the views and accessibility to it all. Thanks, Steve, for sharing your wonderful place with us.

A lovely space for our family of four. The host, Gabriel, was very helpful and provided lots of great suggestions for things to do in the area. And he notified us that we could have a later check out time which was perfect for our short weekend stay, making it feel even longer. The beach is very accessible and beautiful and the neighbors were friendly - even helped us jump our car. A lovely space to visit. Highly recommend it!

We had a wonderful time at the ranch—the location was beautiful, and the unit was spacious. There was hot water and strong WiFi. Dogs on the property were friendly and adorable. However, the cleanliness of the unit could use some improvement. It would benefit from a professional deep cleaning to really match the quality of the overall experience. Despite this, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider returning.

Great central location with lots of places to walk to. I grew up in Castro Valley but haven’t been back in many years. We stayed with our twin 5 year olds and there is a play place that is nearby. Katherine was very communicative and flexible with check in. There was a housekeeping issue and Katherine addressed this issue immediately. We couldn’t get the shower head in the master bath to work correctly but the guest bath shower worked just fine with good pressure. We were disappointed it rained while we were there because we didn’t get to use the backyard. It looked very inviting with the BBQ and fire pit. The dining table was great as we had my senior parents over for dinner and everyone fit comfortably. The home is beautifully decorated

We had an awesome stay! The cabin is beautiful, with a perfect backyard for our pup to play while we enjoyed sitting around a fire. It’s the perfect little place to relax. Also, the host was very accommodating with our requests, which made our cross country road trip easy. Would recommend for sure!

Great find! This home has so much to offer and perfect for families…we didn’t even turn on the TV. Plenty of space indoor and outdoor. Games, blocks, exercise mats, books, fire pit, etc. Located between Felton & Boulder Creek, plenty of good food and grocery near by. Quiet and private, but still close to everything. Tamara was very responsive and accommodating. We hope to stay again.

Lovely spot that’s convenient to walk to groceries and parks. It’s new, clean, well stocked with coffee, filtered water & basic spices. Bonus to have orange, lemon & avocado trees outside! Recommend to others looking for a convenient Mountain View location!

Sean & Jen’s listing is what AirBnB is all about. A lovely , tranquil and elegant space built probably for themselves and being shared to fellow guests. Great amenities and well setup. The creek is magical . We enjoyed our stay and hope to return .

We really enjoyed our stay here—the house is just as beautiful as the photos and in a great location, super close to the beach. It had everything we needed and felt really cozy. They even provided a baby gate, which was a thoughtful touch. A few things to note for future guests: the interior doors only lock from the outside, so our kiddo could still open them even when “locked.” The curtains weren’t blackout at all, so it stayed pretty bright inside. The gate to the backyard would blow open on windy days, but there were bricks available to help keep it closed. There was also construction two doors down that started around 7:40 a.m. every day, and we did notice some hair on the bathroom ceiling, which was a bit strange. But overall, we had a great time and definitely plan to come back! The home is lovely, in a fantastic spot, and made for a great getaway.

Loved this location! About a 5 minute walk from the house and you’re right at the ocean. Really peaceful neighborhood, close to a golf course and located within a short driving distance to downtown Pacific Grove. I would definitely stay here again! Great communication from the hosts as well!

Very cute cottage in Atherton. Worked well for me and my colleague. We were able to park our car onsite. The area is very safe and quiet. You are within a few minutes from Stanford, downtown Palo Alto and Sandhill Road. David was very communicative, texting with specific directions and responding to questions throughout our stay. There were several bugs in the cottage (a few, random ants and a handful of spiders).

My father and I had a great time staying at Eric's beach bungalow situated in the quiet and very walkable Pleasure Point neighborhood of Santa Cruz. The coolest thing about Eric's place in my opinion is the Zen like backyard. It even has a torii gate and bell made with repurposed materials. My morning ritual involved sitting for a few peaceful minutes in the backyard and then ringing the makeshift bell a few times. If you are a surfer visiting Santa Cruz in the late spring or summer, there is no finer place to stay than Eric's beach bungalow. You will have just a five minute walk to the stairs to Outside Pleasure Point. Note that vast majority of the people surfing here are on longboards. That is because of the soft breaking waves and extremely long paddle. Jack's (38th Avenue) is just a seven minute walk further down. The paddle out isn't nearly as long. Mid tide seems to be best for these Pleasure Point spots but you will see people out at all tides.

Nos encantó la casa, con todo lo necesario. Muy limpia y con una cocina muy completa incluso con especias, Los snacks, cereal en barra, café y avena instantánea fueron geniales, especialmente porque llenos hambrientos ya que perdimos nuestro vuelo y llegamos en la noche y tarde a la casa. Zona tranquila y cerca a cafeterías y restaurantes de comida rápida, y otros comercios. Pudimos ir a la playa caminando. Gracias por el lindo el recuerdo de la pequeña escultura!!
