This was our first time in Vietnam, and staying at Nhat’s place made it such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always made sure we were comfortable—checking in on us from time to time just to see if we needed anything. The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. We’re leaving Ho Chi Minh with full hearts, and we’re so grateful to Nhat for making our first trip to Vietnam feel so warm and easy. Thank you, Nhat! Until next time!

The apartment is very comfy and in a central location in Thao Dien. Cleaning can be done daily which is a plus. I really enjoyed the swimming pool. I recommend this apartment and will come back.

The apartment is clean, new and comfortable, the bed is very soft, the space is spacious. Under the apartment there is a pool ,supermarket so it is suitable for family long stay, close to Metro station so it is very convenient to travel to the center. Happy, friendly, enthusiastic hosts to guide the good eateries around for themselves too. I will definitely come back when I have a chance in SG next time. Is a place to go

Great place to spend night layovers

Very competitive room rate considering the location near the airport. Everyting is well organized and the host is trustworthy. On the day of checking in, the water heater was not working well, but immdeately the host changed the room to recover this problem. Thanks for everying including nice coffee service.

Good location, many things to do like golf, go-kart, restaurants....good relax

Me and my family are very satisfied during this holiday, everything was just as I expected from the information booked on Airbnb The house is beautiful and the status quo is new as the picture, clean, friendly staffs support quickly. I have changed the check in time but you guys are still very enthusiastic. I would recommend to my friends about this villa very suitable for vacation and small party. Nhi is a wonderful host I’m really happy I stayed here. Pros:  New apartment building, its nice and clean High quality everything, EG shower is hot 30 seconds after turning it on, high ceilings, strong aircon etc Quiet location, its quiet enough to read a book or take a nap anytime Safe: doors and windows are thick and well made and downstairs also has seperate locked gate, D9 is a short ride into town so I found the location to be perfect It’s by the river so there’s some nature nearby for a nice walk or ride Host is perfectly responsive, kind and fluent in english Price is good Cons: Cant think of any! I wish I could stay longer :)

Evolet's one-bedroom apartment is charming and cozy, with thoughtful details in every corner. I especially loved the balcony adorned with lush green plants. Additionally, the apartment complex offers numerous amenities on the ground floor, including a swimming pool, a children's park, and several lovely cafes and beauty salons. I had a wonderful experience staying here and look forward to returning next time!

Close to the airport, but would not recommend walking from airport to the studio. This suite is a studio style apartment with a bridge, microwave, hotplate, plates and glasses available. The bathroom was clean and had toiletries available. The studio had a a washing machine Hine in the balcony which was very convenient after traveling for several days. Unfortunately, the bed was a hard to sleep in, so if you're used to a pillow top or a comfortable soft/ medium soft bed you will not like this one. Downtown will be a about 20 to 25 mins via Grab and depending on traffic. Over all a good stay and very nice studio.

Comfortable, convenient, and beautiful. Lots of amenities nearby. Apartment has quality towels, plenty of pillows, and a good TV. Host is responsive, friendly, and helpful. I would book this again in the future.

The host was amazing! Responds to any request very quick and helpful. The place was beautiful, clean, spacious and located in a nice area close to mall and theme park , toilets were amazing with modern bidet, TV has netflix and youtube. Gym and pool , overall very nice

I had an amazing stay at Masteri Centre Point. The apartment was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with everything I needed—kettle, air fryer, rice cooker, diffuser, yoga mat, full laundry, Netflix-ready TV, and very fast Wi-Fi averaging 500mbps. The beds were extremely comfortable, bathrooms were ventilated, and the air conditioning kept the space cool. The building is quiet, clean, and has six elevators. The gated complex has 24 hour security, helpful staff, and beautifully maintained grounds. There’s a large pool, several gyms, and it’s only a five minute walk to a mall and driving range. Plenty of great food options are nearby for both delivery and walking. The host was incredibly responsive, spoke fluent English, and made everything seamless. Masteri is in Vinhomes Grand Park, a newer, clean, and safe part of Saigon, about 30 to 60 minutes from the city centre. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Furniture was fairly basic but adequate

It's a lovely new building. Gorgeous facilities (Pool, Gym, Door Staff, Garden). Because it's a brand new flat, there were a couple kitchen items I needed to request (drying-rack, extra plates) They were extremely responsive and delivered whatever I needed immediately. True, the apartment is smaller then older apartments in D2, but for me the superb facilities and new fit-out make up for it. Definitely request an apartment with a "River view"....it's bright, quiet and you can watch the ships go by. The neighbourhood is friendly with all the shops you need and feels like a little-village. Highly recommend.
