Amazing host very responsive would come back!

Check-in was easy. The facilities were new, and the water pressure and temperature of the shower were sufficient. There was a convenience store and a shop nearby. It was a comfortable room, although it was a bit far from Ward 1.

Sam's place is simply amazing! Sam's Co host is also verygood and friendly. The surrounding area is peaceful and clean, the building is lovely,.modern and has good security making it comfortable and safe for tourists like myself to stay. It is also easily accessible. The apartment was squeaky clean prior to check in. The apartment has good and basic amenities insitu like strong WiFi, washing machine, functional household items and so much more! It added to my beautiful experience in Ho chi minh city!

Our family had pleasant time at Duyen's house. Small and cozy place made we feel like home. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the playground very much. Pool is excellent, not too windy compare to other luxury pool in the close by area. Duyen is a very kind host. She always promptly respond to any of my concerns. Highly recommend!

We spent New Year's Eve in the newly developed Vinhomes area. The host was very kind and helpful, answering all our questions promptly.

He was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. It’s clear that great care goes into preparing the space for guests—everything felt fresh, tidy, and hygienic. Plus, it was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need: Lastly, we felt completely safe throughout our stay. The building has secure access.

I had an amazing one-month stay here! The apartment was exactly as described—spotlessly clean and equipped with high-quality kitchen tools, which made cooking a pleasure. It's a 2 bedrooms condo. The kitchen is well equiped. You can use for free swimming pool and gym. Host is very responsive and helpful.

The host (Huy aka Robert) was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was as advertised. Beautiful view from the 20th floor of the building. The apartment was very well-equipped so i didn’t need to buy much else. There are plenty of shops, restaurants nearby so not a problem if you don’t like cooking your own food.

Good place to stay, very private and clearly instruction to check in and check out. Definitely i will book again. Thank you so much Hao!

Le and family are very nice and friendly people, breakfast and any other meal you like can be cooked by the employee of the house, at your service 24/7,. The private room is large and confortable, the location is not central, you need around 45 minutes drive from the airport, same to the city center, the traffic in Ho Chi Minh is one of the worst in Southeast Asia but if you are on business trip, this location is great, good wifi access and privacy we needed.

This place is quite clean and with privacy. There are plenty of cafe and restaurants around in walkable distance. The host is kind and friendly. I actually have extended my stay:)

Nhung’s house was absolutely amazing! During my one-week stay, Uncle and Auntie took such great care of me — it truly felt like home. I really appreciated their warm family atmosphere and the love they pour into every detail of their home. Uncle kindly explained everything about the house to me in English, and Auntie welcomed me every day, even opening the door early so I could head out smoothly. The room was clean, private, and perfect for relaxing. I genuinely hope to come back again someday! I’m even thinking of recommending this place to my younger brother if he ever does a solo trip. It’s super close to the airport, the nearby street food is delicious, and they were incredibly kind — even helping me cross the street! 👍🏻😊 This is a wonderful place for solo travelers. I hope everyone who stays here will cherish and take good care of this lovely home too! 🙏🏻🩷 🏠
