Spacious and clean room. Strategic location, near mall and free bus that can take you to downtown Ho Chi Minh City. Very friendly and responsive host.

This was our first time in Vietnam, and staying at Nhat’s place made it such a memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel incredibly welcome. He was kind, thoughtful, and always made sure we were comfortable—checking in on us from time to time just to see if we needed anything. The place itself was cozy and clean, exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the city. But what really stood out was Nhat himself. He went out of his way more than once to help us out, and those little gestures meant a lot—especially being in a new country for the first time. It honestly felt like we had a friend looking out for us, not just a host. We’re leaving Ho Chi Minh with full hearts, and we’re so grateful to Nhat for making our first trip to Vietnam feel so warm and easy. Thank you, Nhat! Until next time!

Bạn chủ nhà rất nhiệt tình, hầu như trả lời tin nhắn rất nhanh, nhà rất là sạch, thoáng mát và rất thơm, view rất yên bình, gia đình nhỏ của mình cứ 2 tuần sẽ đi chữa lành 1 lần, mình nghĩ đây là nơi đáng trải nghiệm. Mình ko ra ngoài nhiều, chủ yêu đi dạo nội khu.

Responsive host, cool TV, facilities are decent!

mooi, ruim appartement van alle gemakoken voorzien. schoon, fris e opgeruimd. snelle wifi en smart TV. omgeving is heerlijk rustig in een super nette, sjieke buurt maar niet veel te doen en ver van HCM city. wel restaurants and supermarkt in de buurt. De host is super vriendelijk en reageert direct. Heel fijn verblijf gehad, zeker een aanrader wie even rust wil hebben!

Stayed for a week. It is far from the city but I already knew that and there’s lots of restaurants and a cool mall nearby. The condo is clean and comfortable. There is no hot water in the shower but it’s my fault for not paying that much attention to the listing. Not a deal breaker since I hear cold showers are good for you, although admittedly I still prefer hot showers. Over all the place was great and the host was very responsive to any questions I had. I would recommend this place if you are coming to district 9 and want to experience vinhomes. Thank you

Thi Anh Thu was a wonderful host that made us feel welcomed and made our life so easy. She was friendly and helped us prepare our stay, finding great places to see and lots of great local restaurants to eat. The appartment was impeccable and our stay felt like a dream.
