The Casetta del Borgo

La casetta del Borgo is a small gem in the charming village of Trevignano Romano. A delightful studio apartment a stone's throw from the lake, with a soft atmosphere, inspired by the theme of a boat. Three beds (a double bed and a single loft bed), an open kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a charming fireplace. The house is equipped with TV, washing machine, fridge, oven, iron and hairdryer. Located in the center of the village, it allows you to reach the main tourist attractions within walking distance.

A break from the city

We look forward to seeing you in our small, but cozy home, equipped with everything. Parking is FREE and UNRESTRICTED in the streets and squares near the apartment (Historic Center) We offer you everything you need for breakfast and some snacks; coffee maker with pods included; Nepi water; (1 pack of pasta, oil, salt, vinegar, garlic, onion/chili pepper). 1 TV in the bedroom and 1 TV in the living room; 1 air conditioner/bedroom and 1 air conditioner/dining room. Wifi available throughout the house.

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.

It consists of a large living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a patio, a garden directly connected to the lake, and a private garage. All this is just a short walk from Rome to spend a few days in a small paradise of relaxation, peace and well-being.

Sutri is a town of ancient origins, where rock tombs dating back to the 6th – 4th century BC, the Roman amphitheater of the Augustan age and a small rock church of the Madonna del Parto are still visible.
