Susan's accommodation is charming and brand new, with a small quiet courtyard. It is a 15-minute walk from a station that allows you to reach central London in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it!

Excellent host, house and location. The rooms are spacious and the house very comfortable. Everything was very clean and tidy. Plenty of spare towels and also she provides little things like cotton pads or washing machine liquid. Things that other hosts don't think about. In the check in she welcome us and explained everything in detail so we felt at home very quickly. We had a wonderful stay. Greatly recommended.

We had a spotless stay at this property. The proximity of Regent's Park, a few minutes' walk away, was a real plus to allow our son to let off steam! Ricardo was very friendly and proactive in his communication. Highly recommended!

The place was absolutely perfect and was actually bigger than we had originally thought. The local area had a wide selection of different restaurants all within a 5 minute walk of the property. The station was around a 25 minute walk as it was quite uphill but it was fine for us. Thank you so much, it was everything we needed and we will definitely re-book when coming back to the area.

I have stayed in many Airbnbs in London over the last 15 years and Rosetta's place is a gem! It's a 10 min. walk from King's Cross station so it is easy to travel anywhere. It's a 2 minute walk from Granary Square with lots of delicious restaurants, shops, and a dancing water installation. The Regent's canal is there too. Her place is clean with lots of plants and the balcony is a wonderful addition to the experience. The bed was comfortable, there was fast wifi and the building's soundproofing made it the most quiet, calm, and restful stay. We hope to be able to stay there next time we are in London!

Stunning house with amazing garden, super comfortable and fully equipped with anything one could need. Tasteful and luxurious, quiet area close to many parks and restaurants/shops. Hope to be back!

Amazing stay! Highly recommend, we had a great time. Great for kids, our daughter loved the toys and record player. Accessible to most things walking or public transit. We had a car and had to street park which ended up being no big deal. 10/10 would stay again!

We had the most marvelous stay at Frida’s place. Far enough away from the center of London to feel like you’re in the country, but close enough to just get on a bus right outside and be in the center of things in 25 minutes. There were three of us and the bedrooms are far enough apart from each other that you can be away from the other people in the house very easily, but commune when you want to. We cooked a lot. The kitchen was great. Used the downstairs outside space a lot to have coffee or to talk or to have beautiful dinner …gorgeous roses right there helped make the atmosphere beautiful. The location of this house is so perfect .. you walk literally three steps and you are at the bus stop. There are a number of different buses that stop there so you can get pretty much anywhere. The tube is about a 12 minute walk and that’s not far. We had a couple of small issues with the hot water, but Frida responded immediately and things were taken care of. I would stay here again !!

This was a last minute reservation when unexpected issues arose during our trip. We were excited to find that such a wonderful place was available for a last minute booking. Would be delighted to book here well in advance in the future. The location, just steps away from the Barons Court Underground station was incredibly convenient. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The property itself is a gem. There is plenty of space, with lots of character and places for folks to relax alone or to gather together. Everything was in outstanding shape and the kitchen was well stocked. Although we didn't cook much on this trip, I would have no problem using this kitchen to make almost anything. The decor is fun and lively and the furniture and beds were well maintained and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive. This is definitely a place that I would want to come back to for another stay!

Not even sure where to begin - my family has voted this our favorite place to stay ever! The property itself is amazing - beautiful and in an amazing location. The flat is an amazing blend of old and new and is only an 8 minute walk to the Hampstead train station - and then a short ride to anywhere you want to go in the London area. But, we actually swapped a day in London to stay in the Hampstead area - the downtown area and the park are amazing walks. There are about forty restaurants, bakeries, pubs and gelato places in Hampstead alone - every one we tried was amazing! Gee (and his wife) are amazing hosts - responsive whenever we had a need and willing to make recommendations (which turned out amazing). I can't recommend this property and higher (and obviously no one else can either with it's 5 star rating). There is NO QUESTION that if we are traveling back to London that we would plan our trip around this property's availability.

The apt is very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The kitchen and living room are nice and the bedroom is isolated from the kitchen by a hall. It is 4 minutes walk from Archway tube station, with three supermarkets nearby, a pharmacy and local shops. And Andrea is a great host, very helpful and pay attention to everything detail and requests. Thank you

Anthony was one of the best Hosts I have ever had! One of the most thoughtful and comprehensive neighborhood guides, spotless apartment with clear directions, impeccable service with key drop off at our hotel, and so responsive and flexible. The space was gorgeous and in the perfect area. 10/10

Frank's place was great. The location is only a short walk to everything in Kings Cross; restaurants, bars, groceries, outdoor activities, and of course the Kings Cross station where you can easily get to virtually anywhere in London and beyond. The only small criticism we have is that the hottub was in need of maintenance so we were not able to use it which ended up being ok since we had so many other things to do while we were there.

We absolutely loved this stay! It was really nice to have the whole place to ourselves. When we first started to look at places in London/Notting Hill we found it hard to find options in our budget that wasn’t sharing with someone. Maxim’s place was perfect — walkable to Portobello, 7 min walk to the station (SUPER helpful) and it was cozy! The space was nice, bed was really comfortable, & the courtyard in the back is lovely!! Just a note you do hear people talking in the mornings as they walk by the apartments but it honestly didn’t bother us too much. The overall area is really peaceful and has that classic Notting Hill vibe that we were hoping for.

An amazing place for your city escape in North London. We stayed at Victoria’s place for two nights and the place is gorgeous. Conveniently located next to the transport links and the Emirates Stadium The place has a private access to the street and is really quiet I will definitely stat again at this place!

We really enjoyed staying at James' stylish and comfortable flat and immediately felt right at home. The apartment is spacious with lots of natural light and expansive views of Shoreditch, especially from the large wraparound terrace. The two beds are comfy and the bathrooms are modern with good water pressure and dual shower heads. Shoreditch is a lively area and the flat is walking distance to lots of restaurants, independent boutiques, artisan food shops, and street markets. The mornings here are quiet and the nights boisterous. James is an excellent host; he was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. We highly recommend staying in this flat.

I stayed at Andrea's for 2 nights, she made me feel right at home, was super responsive and great with the communication. The property is bright and large, and in such a peaceful location, which is great for breaks. Really loved it! Thanks Andrea!
