As someone who was traveling solo to London, this room in James's flat was ideal. About me: I am university professor who was doing research at the British Library for the month of May. I've been to London many times. I knew I wanted to stay in Primrose Hill (I love this location and access to parts of London). And I also knew that I needed a comfy room with basic amenities and a clean apartment, as I would need a place to rest, shower, refresh, and repeat. This place, for my purposes, was perfect! The room itself is about 10' by 12', with a single bed, a wardrobe, a modest desk, and a large window. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and perfectly functional. And when I return to London on my own, I would definitely contact James again: James is a fantastic host, very communicative, flexible, and accommodating. Thank you so much for a wonderful month in London!

Third time we decided to stay here and would repeat it everytime. Maria Sole is a wonderful host and answered all our questions. The apartment is perfect for families.

Ramona was so kind. We were traveling on a holiday with young children on an overnight flight. Needless to say a stressful experience but Ramona greeted us early with warm smiles and some basic foods! This was a lifesaver with the kids! The location was gorgeous inside & out- a quick walk to the Hampstead park. A walk down the hill to the bus stop to take you into downtown & all over London. House had everything we needed with outdoor breathing room too. Great place, responsive host, great price! Thank you Ramona!

Vi fikk god hjelp med en plutselig innsjekk sent på kvelden(vi reiser med barn).Umiddelbar kontakt,veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom.Huset er en perle,alt er finpusset til siste detalj, veldig rent.Soverom, bad som lukter friskt(sengetøy, håndklær som nye) Svært romslig kjøkken med spisestue og stue, husholdningsapparater perfekt rene uten en eneste flekk eller ubehagelig lukt.Kjøkkeninnredning med benkeplate i marmor,øy med stor induksjonstopp oppfordrer til matlaging:)Kjøkkenutstyr av god kvalitet og i god stand,vi manglet ingenting.Sofaer i stuen rene, komfortable, herlig avslapning foran TV-en. Mangfold av belysning /delt inn i soner ideelt for de som bare i spisestuen eller foran TV-en i stuen. Området rundt huset er veldig rent, gaten er rolig uten mye trafikk, gangavstand til dyrehagen eller Camden-markedet og Chalk Farm (tube).Et ideelt sted vekk fra kjas og mas, støy med ideell forbindelse. Vi vil definitivt komme tilbake.Anbefales til alle!

Shelley was a warm and responsive host, able to accommodate my early check-in request. I found everything to be clean and fresh inside the apartment, and it was quite a peaceful refuge during my stay. I would definitely come and stay again.

We stayed in the apartment for five days. It’s a great neighborhood with beautiful surroundings and many nice cafés nearby. There’s a park close by. The metro is within easy walking distance. The apartment has everything you need, and it’s very cozy and warm.

Die Wohnung von James hat uns total überzeugt. Zur Begrüßung stand ein Strauß Blumen bereit. Viel Platz, tolle Küche mit Siebträger-Kaffeemaschine, sauberes und funktionales Bad. Das Bett ist etwas schmal für zwei, uns hat es aber nicht gestört. Die Matratze ist sehr angenehm. Die Lage war für uns perfekt, ruhig und grün. Nähe zur City über Northern Line der Tube, zu Fuß zu netten kleinen Gastrobetrieben, ins Grüne zum Primrose Hill mit weiteren schönen Cafés, Pubs und Restaurants. Wir würden dieses Apartment jederzeit wieder buchen.

Hands down this place was the best Airbnb I’ve come across yet. Gabriela’s place, response time, hospitality, friendliness, and tips for her guests were incredible. And the area is super beautiful with loads of nice cafes, restaurants, cute boutiques and green areas. Everything is very accessible, and both tubes, and busses to central London are just minutes away from the apartment. We really had an incredible five days in London and can really recommend booking it! I’d say it’s best suited for a couple with two smaller children than a family with two teenagers, one single parent and a grandparent like we were. Go book it today!

The apartment is very nice, as described, and everything went very well. Florence received us very kindly and helpfully. The house accommodated everyone perfectly, including many toys for the child. the location is very good, in a nice neighborhood and close to the metro. It is an accommodation that I would certainly recommend and that I will return if I have another opportunity.

I recently stayed at Helen s amazing apartment, and I must say, it was an incredible experience! The location was perfect – close to bus stops, Belsize Park Tube Station, Hampstead Overground and an M @ S Foodhall and 2 minutes to Hampstead Heath Helen went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The attention to detail was impressive, from the thoughtful amenities to the cozy decor. It truly felt like home! The communication with Helen was seamless – she was responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hampstead. Thank you Helen, for your exceptional hosting and for making our stay so special!"

We loved our stay in this stunning residence and highly recommend it. The neighborhood is ideal: beautiful homes, quiet and peaceful, lots of nice cafes and pubs, walkable to Hampstead Heath and Primrose Hill, and an easy commute on the Northern line into central London. Alex was a very responsive, friendly and accommodating host. The furnishings were both stylish and comfortable, and Alex’s attention to detail was appreciated. The kitchen and baths were modern, clean and well-stocked. The garden is large, well-kept and well-furnished and we only wish we had more time to enjoy it. This was a very comfortable stay for three adults, as the flat is quite spacious. Truly, it is even lovelier than the photographs, and we would happily return.

The great thing for us was the location in a quiet residential street just a few minutes walk to shops, restaurants and the Heath with easy access to public transport routes into Central London. The property is bright and spacious for a basement apartment and generally well-equipped but would benefit from the addition of a dressing table and chair in the bedroom.

We had an incredible time staying at Ben & Jenya’s place! It was a perfect spot for our family vacation with two young kids. The area is very family friendly and close to many parks and restaurants. Jenya was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay.

I just returned from a month long stay in Jackie’s adorable Belsize Park flat. I was solo the first few weeks and had a friend join me for the last 10 days. The flat is perfect for a couple or two friends. Both the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable and there was plenty of storage space and hangers. We didn’t do much cooking but the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we would have needed. The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful large shower. It was unusually warm for May so we were able to take advantage of the beautiful courtyard patio and the air conditioning was an added bonus! Most importantly, Jackie and Max were the most friendly and welcoming hosts. We really enjoyed talking to them and hope the flat will be available the next time I’m in London!

Nos 4 jours chez Honey se sont très bien déroulés. Présente lors de notre arrivée, elle nous a fourni des instructions claires et détaillées. Le logement était très propre et accueillant. Nous avions tout ce qui était nécessaire pour notre court séjour. À distance de marche du métro, tous les commerces et restaurants sont aussi très proches. L’environnement est très calme la nuit, nous avons très bien dormi. Merci Honey!

Ich habe eine fantastische Woche in Michelles Unterkunft verbracht. Die Beschreibung stimmt komplett überein, die Lage ist sehr gut als Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing in London. Hervorragende Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr und einige nette Pubs fussläufig. Ich kann die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

A proper reading light would be helpful. Putting keys back in the lock box was challenging. Prefer simple written instructions on use of appliances.

We loved our stay here! There are restaurants and cafes literally right outside your door. It's a short walk (about 7 minutes) to the Chalk Farm station which got us everywhere we needed to go. I loved the cafe below our flat--Arvo--best breakfast around. Kelly and George were helpful and responsive throughout our visit. The living room is a spacious and comfortable place to gather and the beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!

A perfect spot. Coming in from the red-eye, Amir was immensely kind let us get in early so they could rest. Being someone's home and not a big hotel, there were some quirks to open the door and use the stove, but Amir sent video instructions so we could navigate with ease. The area is a favourite of mine with a lovely pub across the street and a new one around the corner, plus walking to Kentish Town, Hampstead, and Camden all easily. The building is an interesting one and quite old, so it's not the most accessible space (steps within, narrow hall, wonky communal stair), but if you can navigate that and enjoy the character of it, it is very much worth it! Really makes you feel at home, like you live in the neighborhood. Thank you!
