Holiday rentals with a patio in Belper

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

Great find, accommodation was perfect for what we needed. Really quirky, clean property, and welcome crumpets for breakfast, Thank you Kirsty! Just be aware, there is quite a steep hill to climb to get to the properly if you walk into Matlock. This was fine for us, but could be an issue for some. Great pubs and pizza take away right across the street. We will definitely reccommend.

A perfect place to stay for the weekend so that we could attend a nearby wedding. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Steve is a fantastic host. The building was safe and secure. The apartment is a warm and inviting clean space with lots of extras I didn’t expect; such as extra towels, shampoo and shower gel and a fantastically well equipped kitchen, you won’t be disappointed with this place! It even has a balcony! Steve was very friendly and helpful with lots of information and ideas for our visit, nothing was too much trouble! Will definitely use again

Lovely hillside spot in Matlock Bath with views over the valley. Spacious property and well equipped kitchen made it a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Stunning accommodation right in the heart of Ashbourne, perfect for exploring the Peak District or chilling in one of the many local pubs and restaurants I will definitely recommend!

Lesley’s place is perfect for a getaway in the High Peaks. It’s clean and comfortable and has all the amenities required. The shower pressure is good and the kitchen is a nice space to cook in. Check-in and out was smooth with really clear instructions. Best of all, Lesley is so friendly with local recommendations and is very responsive if anything is needed. I was staying with my father so I slept on the couch while he took the bedroom and it’s definitely comfortable enough to sleep on. Lesley provided extra linen for this. We were there during very hot days and Lesley put in an extra fan and did everything she could to keep us cool. I would definitely stay here again if I am back in the area. Lovely 2 night stay at Jess's place. The cottage has been decorated very nicely throughout. Plenty of space for couple+ toddler +2 dogs. Dog treats on arrival were a lovely touch. Little paved garden was enough for the dogs to totter around and the park just a 2 minute walk away was great for dogs and child alike! As it's a terraced cottage, we did hear the neighbours (including through night/early hours of the morning). Parking wasn't always available opposite, but always able to park within 30 second walk.

Sunshine Cottage is a beautiful home. It was welcoming, cosy & exceptionally clean. Lovely views from the garden. We managed to park along the road near the Coop & it’s a short but fairly steep climb to the cottage. We had a brilliant few days with plenty of walking which is just what we were looking for. The house was beautiful, and if possible exceeded our expectations. We were blessed with weather much better than that predicted, and were therefore able to take advantage of the close proximity of the property to Bakewell town, the Monsal Trail and enjoy the views from the patio at the property. We look forward to visiting again.

We had an amazing stay at Vicky & Alex’s cottage. The house was fantastically equipped and beautifully decorated. Very comfy beds with high quality linens. Perfect for a girly hiking weekend away! Thank you so much - we will be back!

Great cottage in a wonderful location, handy for Chatsworth, Bakewell etc Clear instructions and good communications. The main bedroom was lovely, it is very large and has a wardrobe and drawers. Everything was perfect for us.

An absolute gem! Highly recommend. We were a party of 2 families (2 adults and 4 kids, ages 13-17). This accommodation was perfect for our needs. It’s spacious, clean, a great location and even better than the photos. A well equipped kitchen, lots of board games to keep us entertained in the evening, and lots of bathrooms. Kiran is a great host. Very responsive and nothing was a problem. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your lovely apartment.

from the time of booking, the hosts were responsive, helpful and couldn't do enough to make the process and stay as amazing as possible. The service was first class and the accommodation perfect! brilliantly appointed little private bijou home-from-home, it is modern, immaculate, cosy and welcoming. set in a beautiful piece of countryside and with the warmest and most helpful hosts you could hope for! if I could give six stars, I would! thank you once again for making our stay so fantastic, we hope to see you again in future.

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

I booked out this property on short notice to host a party of 8 for my girlfriend’s Birthday and our experience was 10/10! The hosts David & Sarah both had swift responses to any questions I had. The property was amazing inside and spacious enough to house us all. Check in/out was seamless. Buxton town centre was less than a 10 minute walk away too, so perfect location. I’ve already recommended to many other friends and family. Thank you to David & Sarah for allowing me to make this weekend as special as I wanted it to be 😊

The apartment was very clean and in excellent condition. The two double rooms provided plenty of space. The lounge furniture was very comfortable. Well-equipped kitchen with good-sized table. Kitchen door could do with a blind for privacy. A very pleasant stay, thank you.

Had a lovely weekend stay at Kate's appartment just on the edge of town. Loved the roof terrace to chill out in before we headed into town and the place was squeaky clean. Instructions for check in were super easy and Kate also helped with getting us car parking for 2 cars very near by at a good rate which was appreciated. Would recommend and will come back if we visit Nottingham again for a weekend break! Thanks!

Quite area. Right near supermarket and Costa. Beautiful walk around the local lake. Not far from peak District, within a 40 min drive. Nottingham half hour drive. Plenty of local pubs and fish and chips shop. Beautiful flat. Clean and tidy. Added bonus, washing machine. So took everything home clean. Lovely little garden with hanging space for washing. Plenty of cups plates etc. Just brilliant.
