Alles bestens! Den positiven Rezensionen schließe ich mich an. Luisas Informationen waren nett und klar und schnell. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen.

Schöne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und perfektem Seeblick sowie einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Der Ort Acquaseria ist recht klein, mit dem Auto aber ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit Claudio und seiner Familie war vor der Anreise und auch vor Ort sehr freundlich und proaktiv. Definitiv zu empfehlen!

Maddalena was a wonderful host, she responded quickly to any questions I had and her home was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable It is in perfect location in Menaggio not far from the main square. Everywhere is walkable, great supermarket at the top of the street, ATM on corner, ferry an easy walk away as is bus depot Loved the atmosphere and vibe of this town and enjoyed our ferry trips to the other parts of Lake Como also

Alessandra was the best host we’ve stayed with so far. She was proactive, letting us know a couple weeks in advance that the train would not be running and sending a link to the express bus to Varenna. All of our communication were friendly and Alessandra went out of her way to answer questions, make recommendations for things to do and give directions on how to get places. I enjoyed my communication with Alessandra and learned a lot about the culture and community of Varenna from her. The apartment is cozy and clean. The other people in the building were courteous, and helpful. The location can’t be beat. Beauty surrounds you. I would recommend Alessandra’s place to anyone wanting to visit Varenna.

Maria was very welcoming during our stay. It was such a beautiful location with an amazing view, we chose to cook at home and eat on the balcony and it was perfect.

The apartment is exactly as it is shown in the pictures. Ideal for a weekend/short stay. It is quiet, well equipped and clean. The 3 towels per person are super helpful. Finally, both Federica and Roberto are great hosts, they showed availability at all times (we did che check-in at midnight). Instrucciones are 100% clear at all time. 10/10

This appartement was clean and tidy. Windows and balconies on both sides of the appartement building. Easy walk to the nearest pittoresque village centers (1,5 km), two beaches near by, easy to park. On the front side of the appartement building one not so nice looking old construction building which has propably been like that for years. Otherwise very good appartement with the good price. 😊👍

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist wirklich paradiesisch und komplett privat! Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und es war sehr sauber. Das Schlafzimmer ist im Keller und daher immer schön kühl. Silvano ist sehr nett und jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar. Wir würden immer wieder kommen! Vielen Dank

Yvonne hat uns toll empfangen und in die Wohnung eingewiesen. Sie Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst. Der Ausblick vom Schlafzimmer und der Terrasse auf den See war wunderschön. Wir haben zusätzlich gute Tips für Ausflüge erhalten. Info Material lag auch in der Unterkunft aus.

Silvana è stata un hosting impeccabile, dandoci indicazioni precise e chiare su come arrivare ed entrare. Appartamento piccolo, ideale per amici e coppie che vogliano passare un weekend in zona. Pulizia impeccabile

Quiet comfortable place with slightly quirky decor and great view from the balcony. Two comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen is fully equipped, but small and with a low ceiling. Communication with host was good and check in easy. In general all good.

Wunderschönes und sauberes Haus, netter Gastgeber, perfekte Lage. Die Bilder sind alle akkurat und das Haus ist gut gepflegt und ausgestattet. 2 Minuten Fußweg und man war praktisch am See und noch schneller an der "Hauptstraße". Supermärkte waren gut zu erreichen, genauso wie Restaurants. Sachen zum Bedenken bei der Auswahl: Menschen über 1,80 könnten Probleme haben (unsere größte Person war ca. 1,75 und hatte manchmal Bange). Die Parksituation wurde von Gianpierro akkurat geschildert, und meistens war ein Platz auf dem öffentlichen Parkplatz frei, aber manchmal müsste man dann doch am Hang zur Ausfahrt parken (persönlich würde ich für den Urlaub ein kleines bzw. schmales Auto empfehlen.) Uns hat die Geräuschkulisse nachts nicht gestört, aber für Leute die bei lauten Geräuschen nicht schlafen können wäre es wichtig zu wissen, dass nebenan ein recht lauter Bach ist. Trotzdem würde ich es stärkstes empfehlen, wir waren alle vier sehr begeistert und würden auch nochmal hier buchen ☺️.

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen! Absolute Empfehlung!! Das ruhig gelegene Haus mit Klimaanlage war perfekt für die Tage am See! Sehr schöner Badestrand in wenigen Fußminuten zu erreichen. Marino war bei jeder Frage in kürzester Zeit zur Verfügung, wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt!

Een authentiek huis in een smalle steeg, met prachtig uitzicht vanaf meerdere plekken in het 3 verdiepingen tellende huis. Het huis is alleen via stegen met trappen te bereiken. Dat maakt het speciaal. Marco reageert supersnel en is zeer behulpzaam. Wij waren met vier volwassenen en een kleine hond en hebben een prima tijd (10 dagen) gehad. Een accommodatie om naar toe terug te keren!

Vi firade min 70årsdag i Federicos hus. Vi var som mest 12 personer till bords och saknade inget! Alla möjligheter till avancerad matlagning och så gott om plats. Inget saknades. Huset i sig själv är som ett palats, trädgården är jättefin. Poolområdet perfekt. Min dotter planerar redan för en resa hit med några vänner. Enkelt ställe att vara flera familjer i. Många sovrum och jättestort kök och vardagsrum. Jag rekommenderar detta ställe av hela mitt hjärta. Dessutom är Federico så hjälpsam .

Camillo is a true gentleman and his apartment is a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our stay. He has thought of everything, very good attention to detail (unlike other places we have stayed). It was very clean and welcoming and was the most at home we have felt in an airbnb. Camillo even collected us from the bus station and dropped us back there at the end of our stay. He had great suggestions for travel in the area also. The views from the apartment are heavenly. I will definitely come back. It is a lovely quiet village just 1km walk to Menaggio. Definitely very relaxing after a busy week prior. Thank you Camillo, we loved our stay!

Everything about our stay in Milano at Michele's place was fantastic, 10/10! The apartment was so clean, comfortable, stylish, and charming I wish we could have stayed much longer. For sure we will stay here again on our next trip to Milano. Michele and Loretta were warm and friendly, it felt like we just made some new friends. They were there to greet us and show us around the apartment and Michele was able to be there to say good-bye as well. The apartment is quiet and bright (and has A/C which was nice given the warm weather) so we slept well. The stay was completely delightful and I look forward to our next visit.

Geweldig verblijf gehad, ontvangst was prima, appartement uitstekend, auto veilig geparkeerd en centrum op 10 minuten lopen. Contact goed. Zeker een aanrader voor wie Como wil bezoeken.

Very kind young man, always replied quickly and helpfully. He made me feel safe and comfortable – truly a warm-hearted person, also the family. I could always ask questions and was treated with care. I really liked it – I’ll definitely come back :)

L'appartement de Barbara est idéalement placé dans un endroit beau, calme et accueillant, et à proximité de toutes les "attractions" de Milan. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. je recommande les yeux fermés. ciao ciao

Rustig gelegen appartement. Mooie uitvalsbasis om verschillende dingen te bezoeken. Appartement zelf was proper en voorzien van alle gemakken. Als je vragen had reageerde de host zeer snel

Thank you for letting us stay, Luigi! The place was amazing, with a great view of the Duomo. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Lots of room for 2 people, and can easily bed 4. Thank you for all the local tips and help :)

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend
