Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Bellinzona District

Wir haben uns in der Casa di Kokoro wie zu Hause gefühlt - es hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Haus ist großartig ausgestattet: in der großen, gemütlichen Küche ist wirklich alles, alles da was man braucht um zu gut zu kochen und sich wohlzufühlen, und auch alles was wir sonst benötigt haben war da - ob ein zusätzliches Kopfkissen, einen Babystuhl oder Badezimmerartikel. Alles war perfekt sauber und sehr wohnlich. Das Haus ist deutlich geräumiger als auf den Bildern, wir hatten reichlich Platz (als zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern). Besonders gut für den Winter: es war sehr angenehm temperiert (Fußbodenheizung in den Räumen), und der Kamin in der Küche sorgt für Gemütlichkeit. Amanda war als Host sehr aufmerksam und freundlich: Der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Leckereien bestückt, sie hat mehrfach nach uns gefragt und uns direkt geholfen. Die Lage ist ruhig, ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer oder Boulderer, und es gibt klasse Tips von der Gastgeberin noch dazu.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt! Claudia und Dario waren sehr freundlich und haben uns sogar mit dem Auto von der Bushaltestelle abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und mit allem wichtigen ausgerüstet, vor allem auch die Küche hat alles was es braucht zum kochen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, die Unterkunft hatte eine wunderschöne Aussicht und Lage und sie war perfekt ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchte. Wir kommen definitiv im Sommer wieder, denn das Grillen stelle ich mir da super vor !

Es ist ein Ort, an dem man ruhe findet. Aber auch gut ans ÖV angebunden. Die zentrale Lage ist toll und es ist einfach charmant. UND wir erden wieder kommen.

Immer sehr schnell geantwortet, grosser TV, gemütlicher Balkon, gute Lage für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, coop gut erreichbar. Alles tiptip. Schön wären zwei Bettdecken gewesen.

Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und so wie beschrieben. Es liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung, ein Supermarkt ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Luciana hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr freundlich. Wir würden es jedem weiterempfehlen!

Un endroit merveilleux, très bien entretenu et parfaitement aménagé. La vue était splendide. Le logement est très agréable, et la terrasse est un vrai plus : même en cas de mauvais temps, elle reste utilisable. Nous nous réjouissons déjà d’y revenir ! Antonella a été très prévenante tout au long de notre séjour. Même si nous ne nous sommes pas rencontrés en personne, elle nous a transmis toutes les informations nécessaires avec beaucoup de réactivité.

Tout était super nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille

Très beau séjour ensoleillé à Castaneda et très belles découvertes du dernier parc naturel régional suisse. Gabrielle est très avenante et prévenante; elle a le souci du détail. Elle réagit très vite à nos demandes. Nous avons eu un grand plaisir à faire sa connaissance. Le Rustico est bien agencé et confortable. L'endroit est très calme et le jardin est très agréable: chaque fleur a sa juste place! C'est un excellent point de départ pour découvrir le Val Calenca.

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und zentral. Alles war sauber und die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Eine schöne, kleine Studio-Wohnung mit grossem Aussenbereich, Pool und Grillmöglichkeit. Es ist alles vorhanden, was es für einen Aufenthalt braucht. Margherita ist eine tolle, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin und hat uns äusserst freundlich aufgenommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mikas apartment. It was in a perfect location for the activities we were doing. It was a good size for 5 people and had a large kitchen area and large living area. Mika was a very responsive host, and sent messages checking our stay was going smoothly, which we really appreciated. As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is located right next to a busy main road, however Mika kindly provided us with earplugs for the noise of the cars. We really reccomend staying here.

Superbe appartement avec une vue magnifique sur la ville. l'appartement est grand et fonctionnel. C'était très propre quand nous sommes arrivés. La cuisine mériterait d'être un peu mieux équipée (couteaux pour cuisiner, huile, etc). mais sinon tout était parfait.

Die Wohnung Aurora im Rustico Ca’Giallo ist sehr schön renoviert mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet (Infuktionsherd, Geschirrspüler, schöne Bett-und Frottéewäsche). Installation von Klimaanlage und Beleuchtung im Treppenbereich. Die schöne Hanglage mit toller Aussicht und gepflegtem Umschwung und gemütlichen und privaten Terrassen machen das Ferienhaus und den Aufenthalt einzigartig.

The apartment has a spectacular location in the old town. Although it does not have its own parking, there are many parking options in the surrounding area. 100% recommended.

This apartment was perfect for our party of 4 (2 couples). We made good use of the kitchen and terrace space. The view of Bellinzona castles at nice is lovely! If you don't have a car, there is a bus stop nearby and the main station is about 25 minutes by foot.

Alessandra a été proactive et nous a bien conseillé. Son appartement est très propre et bien rangé. Il offre tout ce qu’il faut pour un séjour, même prolongé (cuisine, terrasse, etc). L’endroit est très calme. Il préférable d’avoir son propre véhicule mais les transports publics sont aussi possible pour aller directement à Lugano ou Bellinzona. Nous recommandons vivement cet endroit pour un séjour au Tessin. Merci Alessandra!

Beautiful Apartment - Beautiful Views - Beautiful Town 10/10 We had a great stay at Annamarie's beautiful apartment - the location and views from the balcony are superb and like all the other reviews here, were simply stunning which makes this home such a stand out. Contact with Annamarie was excellent and she was always very responsive to any communication. The apartment was extremely clean & well presented and had everything you could possibly need for pleasant stay - we particularly appreciated the air conditioning. The location within easy walking distance of the train station was a big PLUS point for us as we arrived from US via plane & multiple trains - note to future foreign guests arriving at the weekend - get your grocery provisions ahead of time as shops & supermarkets are closed all day on Sundays.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach traumhaft! Die Unterkunft war sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet und bot einen atemberaubenden Ausblick. Der Check-in und Check-out verliefen absolut unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die netten und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und komme gerne wieder!

Andrea ist eine ganz besondere, liebevolle und aufmerksame Person, mit dem Herzen am richtigen Ort. Die Wohnung ist grosszügig und mit viel Liebe ausgestatted und dekoriert. This apartment was absolutely amazing. It’s super clean, great location, and has everything you could need. Sabina and Stefan were also the best hosts I could’ve asked for. Very kind, responsive, knowledgeable about the area, and helpful with anything we needed. If you’re hesitating to book, please do it. You won’t regret a thing.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and the view was stunning! We loved sitting on the balcony each night. We also appreciated having a dryer. This space was very nice and accommodating. The location was very convenient to the train station, but it was further away than we realized from the coast. We wished it had been a touch closer to the main coastline. Overall we had a wonderful stay!

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.

Die Kommunikation auch schon im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich und die Anreise war somit einfach und entspannt. Wir wurden, als wir ankamen, ganz herzlich in Empfang genommen. Die Wohnung ist toll und wir fühlten uns sofort sehr wohl. Es ist alles durchdacht und fehlt an Nichts. Das habe ich bisher selten erlebt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder und ich kann diesen Ort zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
