Raissa was amazing and her instructions while showing us the apartment were on point. The place is super quiet and you do not hear any noises (from neighbors or the road above). The apartment is so beautiful, clean and modern. Everything was top notch. It was the perfect place to return every night after spending the day with family and friends.

We stayed at the property with our son. The location and place is perfect. Central and yet you are very quickly close to nature and secluded on a hike. Everything was perfect and Sandra is a great hostess! We would definitely recommend the accommodation!

The apartment is super nice and modern. The courtyard is a real highlight. It has many seating areas and invites you to relax.

Everything worked very smoothly, from booking to check-in, during the stay and after check-out. Cindy welcomed us kindly, showed us the accommodation and explained everything. We also received recommendations for excursions in the area from Cindy. Cindy was always available to us. We liked the apartment very much, it is lovingly furnished and decorated and very clean. We felt very comfortable! The car could be parked next to the accommodation. Cugnasco was a great location for us, as many excursion destinations were easily accessible from here.

Perfect place for a family with your children, the little house has everything you need for a wonderful relaxing stay. We were pleasantly surprised by how much was available in the house for our girls to be entertained with, like coloring pens, paper, plenty of games, a tree house outside, etc.

Nice and cosy place. had everything we needed. was close to Bellinzona and Lugano. Aldi and Coop were only couple minutes drive. we stayed for one night and loved it. The host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check in. everything was perfect.

This apartment is one of the few where reality actually exceeds the description in the listing. There’s an exquisite attention and care provided by the owners. In my case, I stayed in this apartment for two months due to an internship in Bellinzona, Lugano and Locarno. The flat is right next to a bus stop with good connections to all the three cities. I had my own car,but I didn’t need to use it to get around. From day one, they made me feel at home. They were very flexible with check in and always adjusted to the guests schedules for things like changing sheets. The apartment is very clean and fully equipped with all the utensils and items you might need on a daily basis. I didn’t miss anything during my two-month stay, and I didn’t have to buy a single thing because everything was already provided. On a few occasions, I had guests over, and they kindly provided extra sheets,slippers and blanquets (among other things). There’s nothing that could be improved. 100%recommended

Everything, including the very beginning, was very organized and easy to confirm. They were very friendly people, and the check-in process was simple and fast. This location is ideal to go in many different directions, or just stay nearby and live completely relaxed with peace and quiet. There is a small supermarket just a walk down the block, and two much bigger ones within about a mile and a half. The kitchen is set up for just about anything you want to cook. Sleeping at night was very peaceful I didn't hear any noise. In the summer months the area can get hot but inside they have air conditioning 👍 Parking is easy and included. There is a clothes washer and dryer inside your own unit. I was in a three person unit and there is plenty of room.

Everything was tip top. The only thing that could be improved is the drain in the bathroom.

Highly recommended. Lovely apartment, inside a new and well maintained building with a large underground parking lot and a comfortable and wide elevator directly up to the apartment.

Marugg's place exceeded all of our expectations!!!! Lugano was our final stop on our 2 week family trip through Italy. We experienced many beautiful places throughout the 2 weeks but Marugg's place exceeded them all!!! The attention to detail was phenomenal. The location was 'perfetto,' the views spectacular and the home pristine. Our grandchildren made excellent use of the pool and the outdoor space was incredible! We enjoyed our morning coffee on the expansive patio area soaking in the tranquil views of the lake and all of the beautiful flowers. The smell of honeysuckle abounded outdoors ~ Marugg's home truly encompassed all of the senses. We cannot recommend it enough and we can't wait to return on our next visit to see our Swiss family! Marugg, thank you so much for your kind hospitality! We feel honored to have been welcomed into your exceptional home. We made so many beautiful memories with our family. Lovely apartment, exactly as described and wonderful views over the lake. Ralph was really easy to communicate with and was overall a very smooth experience.

Our daughter loved the pool. It's ideal for families. The apartment was clean and perfect for our stay. Locarno is accessible within 20min or a 5min bus journey. Accessing the flat was step-free via the lift, ideal for buggies. Would book again.

We were in the apartment over the weekend of the driveway. Unfortunately, Graziella herself was on vacation, but with the many messages, everything worked out great. We were half an hour earlier than planned and the key was at the agreed location. The room was clean and as described everything was available. We also saw Ivo the other day, he was very friendly and also gave tips. On Sunday, we left the room an hour later as agreed. It was a pleasant time. Thank you very much

What a wonderful place! The view is quite spectacular. Me, my wife & 2 children spent 2 nights here and we loved it. Quiet, peaceful, spectacular view, hot tub, loads of outdoor space and a lovely inside space. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Would highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly in line with the description: clean, well decorated and very well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.

Great stay in a quiet surroundings and closed to golf course and lake. My boy loves PS4. Will return
