Une grande cuisine ouverte sur le salon dispose de tout le nécessaire, vous aurez à disposition les épices de bases, des ustensile de cuisine et un grand réfrigérateur ainsi que d'une machine à laver très simple à utiliser.

Dans un quartier agréable vous serez proche de la Place de la République (15 min), du quartier du Marais avec ses nombreuses boutiques et de sa célèbre Place des Vosges (et les galeries d'art), ou encore du Parc des Buttes Chaumont et du cimetière du Père Lachaise. Vous pourrez arriver aussi rapidement dans le quartier latin et la Cathédrale de Notre Dame.

Cet appartement est au pied du métro Ménilmontant, un quartier en pleine mutation avec de nombreux commerces de proximités, tout proche du quartier Jean-pierre Timbaud, d’Oberkampf, Belleville et Père Lachaise.

Charming apartment located on the heights of Belleville and close to the Buttes Chaumont park, 5 minutes walk from the heart of Village Jourdain, 18 minutes by metro from Châtelet, 20 minutes from the Gare de l'Est... Very bright and enjoying a clear view, the 45m² apartment was completely renovated in May. It has an entrance, a living room/equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. It can accommodate a couple and a young child. (travel cot or inflatable mattress).

Je vis dans cet appartement à l’année, il est aménagé avec un séjour spacieux, une cuisine semi-ouverte sur le salon, un chambre spacieuse elle aussi avec un grand placard et une salle de bain avec baignoire.

My apartment is located 200m from Buttes Chaumont and a few steps from Belleville. This location is ideal since it offers access to calm, greenery and Parisian entertainment at the same time. Many nearby metro lines allow you to easily move around Paris and it is also very easy to get around on foot. The apartment is on the 4th floor (with elevator) and offers a superb view of the entire southwest of Paris.
