Holiday rentals with a patio in Bellevigne-en-Layon

The one-room apartment is really very nice and exceptionally tastefully furnished. You can see that an architect with a love of detail was at work here. We felt very at home for a week and enjoyed Saumur and the surrounding area from here. The apartment is fully recommended without restrictions. Only the entrance and the staircase are unsuitable for people with mobility impairments.

Very well located accommodation in the center of Cholet. Shops, restaurants, are nearby. The apartment is well equipped. Parking space is very nice. The loggia ensures a relaxing time. We had a pleasant stay.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. It was very lovingly furnished, had high-quality kitchen appliances, very comfortable mattresses and was very large. The only small negative point: Unfortunately, there was no direct access for us (AirBnB) from the garage via the courtyard into the house. You had to walk around the block. But overall highly recommended!!

Fantastic centrally located.Its around 30 min walk from station. Within a few minutes walk there are plenty of eateries. The bakery opposite is great. Saumur is a very walkable town, you don’t need a car. The apartment is quiet and well equipped. We will return.

I loved the high ceilings and the decor, and it was impeccably clean. It was only a 15-minute walk to the lively neighborhoods. We spent a three-day weekend in this accommodation, as soon as we entered we were amazed by the beauty of the apartment!! Bathroom with double shower head with integrated LEDs!! Super beautiful and well exposed terrace. Both bedrooms are beautiful and the mattresses are exceptionally comfortable! The living room and the super bright kitchen with all equipment (fridge, kettle, citrus press and SMEG toaster) really great!!!

It's always a pleasure to come to Louis, it's the second time we've come and we'll be back. Dominique is very, very kind, we love her very much. Very good address in a beautiful peaceful environment and very cozy accommodation.

Our stay was very pleasant, well-appointed house, very well-equipped kitchen, the layout is pleasant with the central island. The 2 toilets are appreciable, spacious house. This townhouse requires us to park in a "warning" zone in front of the door to unload, but free parking is available 2 minutes' walk away. I recommend this rental, the exchanges with the host are clear and precise.

Great place at the top of a small hill, quiet secluded with a view to the forest. It's exotic when you come from the city but with all the comforts you need. The host provides many things for quality hospitality. I would highly recommend it.

A big thank you to Diane and Serge for their warm welcome. This was our first experience with an Airbnb and we were really not disappointed by the well-appointed and equipped accommodation. Located very close to the zoo de la Flèche, it met all our expectations. In addition, we were well received by our hosts with small touches (drinks, cakes, sweets, etc.).

Lovely little house in quiet countryside, easy to access, clear instructions. beds are comfortable. Easy parking in the secure courtyard. Caroline is available and responsive to answer questions.

Communication and hospitality with Philippe, went very well. Philippe is very friendly, he takes pleasure in showing us around the place, explaining the history of his property, which is a haven of peace with beautiful surrounding nature. The place is quiet, functional for what we were looking for (one night stop at 6). The room downstairs is not super functional (HS TV and no hot water in the sink, no toilet), but allows two adults to sleep without any problem.
