Very nice mountain chalet. Everything is big! Large shared spaces with a real kitchen for a large group which is rarely the case when you leave at 15! The bedrooms are large and very comfortable with each a bathroom (special mention for super comfortable beds). there are also 2 more confidential spaces for a reading or cinematic moment, all tastefully decorated, comfortable chalet style. Very nice view of the surrounding mountain from a large outdoor table for a large table. Lots of outdoor spaces for the joy of children with the chickens of the owners who have been very successful. Everything is even more appreciated with the ecological dimension of the owners who have done everything in this direction in the renovation of this building. Very nice hosting with tips to enjoy the surroundings. i recommend ++++

A lovely house only a short walk to the funicular, shops and restaurants. Nicely furnished large rooms, a big dining table and everything you need in the kitchen (except a freezer).

Spacious and comfortable apartment, with all the amenities for a pleasant stay. It corresponds to the description and photos. Very good contact with the owner. We would highly recommend it.

Large house so did not feel cramped although there were loads of us. Slightly cluttered. Only one duvet/quilt for the double bedroom upstairs; the rest was blankets which is not what we are used to. Having to bring our own bedlinen and towels was an additional hassle.

The villa was as shown on the pictures, the garden with turnaround is huge - plenty of space for children to let off steam. Villa is privately located, with beautiful view of the lake. Maryline was very friendly, easy to reach and very quick to respond to requests.

Great check-in. Owner allowed for early check-in once the house was available. The kitchen was well equipped. The pool was a nice size. The yard was expansive for our children to play. The outdoor dining area was great - it was mostly shaded the entire day. We ate both lunch and dinner outside when we dined in. The bathrooms were a bit small but worked for us. The town of Annecy was busier than we thought it would be so that was a disappointment. We only went into town once. If we return, we may try to stay further away from Annecy. To get to the lake, we just walked through the back yard of another property of the owner. So, it takes a couple minutes to either walk to the lake or walk bikes to the path. Note: bikes are no longer provided for guests due to liability concerns. It took about 5 minutes to drive to the beach (Plage Municipale). There was sufficient onsite parking. We drove up the mountains on either side of the lake to hike, which was nice

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The place was perfect. The environment is very calm and very relaxing. The house is welcoming and family friendly. Jean-Christophe was very available, attentive and warm. Thanks for everything. The area is sublime, we'll be back!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for two families, lots of social space, great outdoor space & pool. Fully equipped, had everything we needed, and the hosts were always available, friendly and responsive to our queries. Our first time on Lake Annecy, we absolutely loved it, this house is perfectly located to some of the best parts of the lake. We would definitely come back again.

We had a great stay in Annecy at Les Eaux Vives. Everything was communicated very clearly and in advance of check in and check out, even sending reminders, which was great and worry-free. The agency which handles the booking for the host was very responsive at all times. The place was lovely, well equipped and clean. The kids loved the "nook" beds upstairs and everyone had a great stay. The surroundings and the view were stunning! We met the host on a couple of occasions, very nice and welcoming. Would book again.

The welcome given to us by our hosts was excellent, this chalet is very comfortable and ideally located to discover the beautiful Oisans region.

Great stay for our employees who worked in Albertville for 1 month - the view is magical! very relaxing location..

After many exchanges by message with Cendrine, we were warmly welcomed by Melanie. The house matched the description in every way. It is perfect for a family of 5. Our 3 children were able to enjoy the many games on site (swing, trampoline, children's playhouse without counting all the indoor games made available). For adults, there is everything you need: equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas barbecue, etc. Not to mention the semi-in-ground pool (more than enough to cool off) The beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking Albertville offers breathtaking views of the mountains. A nice petanque court allows you to relax while the kids play safely (fully fenced court) Close to all amenities. Finally, very clean house. A big thank you to Cendrine and her family for allowing us to have such a vacation and thank you also to Mélanie for hosting us.

Super nice place! Would love to go back. Big home with lots of fun stuff for little ones. Conveniently located close enough to multiple ski resorts. Anne and Thimotée were very responsive and helpful.
