Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Bellavista

The place is very well located in a safe neighborhood, with a new bus line (Aerodirecto Sur) that runs directly from the airport and stops just a block away—not very comfortable with big luggage, but manageable. Kizzy was extremely kind and efficient. I arrived before check-in, and she kept my luggage so I could go out for lunch while the place got ready. She clearly knows a lot about Peru and gave great travelling tips. The place was cozy and clean, with cute Peruvian decorations and all the basic tools to cook breakfast, make tea, and prepare light meals. Internet worked fine for e-mails, social media, and watching Disney+ on the smart TV. The restroom is a bit small and might be challenging for people with mobility issues, but was totally fine for me. Only small downside was that elderly neighbors and cleaning staff around the building were not very friendly—perhaps due to age or cultural aspects. Still, Kizzy’s phenomenal treatment made up for it. I would definitely stay again!

The accommodation is very nice, clean, tidy, and has all the necessary implements. The only thing we didn't like was that it was a bit far from the touristy areas, otherwise excellent.

The apartment is just as shown in the photos, very comfortable, very complete and with impeccable order. Yudith was always a very attentive and friendly person who was very respectful to me from the first contact I will return to the same place when I am in Lima again

The Mini-department was just like in the photos, everything was impeccable, the Host was always attentive to our questions and requests, they waited for us until late, due to problems with our flight, we never had problems with the hot water or other equipment, the location at the beginning is a little complicated, but with the maps it is easier to find, there are shops and food places nearby, especially the UNMSM, where I had an event, I return very happy and 100% recommended to future guests who want a place to stay close to the UNMSM.

Apartment with all the facilities for cooking, watching television and having a good rest. Pet friendly. The host was friendly and answered all our questions.

Excellent, very cozy house for large groups, beautiful courtyard with beautiful trees and flowers, and a turtle that was a sensation for my children. 100% recommended. Everything immaculate.

Had a very nice couple of nights at Lucy's place! The room was great for me and loved the patio! So peaceful! My arrival was delayed because of flight issues, and it was no problem. Location is great, right in a beautiful part of Barranco. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the apartment was excellent from the start. The place exceeded our expectations - it was fully equipped, very clean, and offered a warm and cozy atmosphere that really made us feel at home. A detail that we highly valued was the flexibility of the host, who, before the rescheduling of our flight, allowed us to check in well before the set time. This gesture made a big difference and allowed us to start our stay quietly and comfortably. Overall, everything was spotless - the communication, the location, the comfort of the space, and the attention to detail. We would definitely recommend and would not hesitate to come back.

The place is super quiet and with access to several things in front of the coast... with all the amenities you need for a good night's sleep and the wonderful water pressure, hot water always available... The apartment is identical to the photos, it is very clean and tidy Diego was our host, he was always attentive to our safety, arrival, departure and the questions we had, we only stayed a short time but the stay fulfilled what was promised, in addition to the fact that the arrival and access is very friendly! The place was fantastic! You get a sunbath every day and get to witness the sunset as much as you can. The olace was really clean and the staff at the building as well. Pool and gym were easy to find and use. Everything overall was a grwat stay and i highly recommended!

The place was very cozy, it had all the amenities to be with the family, the atmosphere is quiet all day. The beds were neat and clean, the bathrooms had towels, liquid soap for use and hot water. The kitchen is very well implemented to make use of it. In the building, the staff was always friendly and attentive. It is highly recommended for spending a few days in Lima, because the area is central, there are all kinds of transportation, restaurants and deliveries that arrive. Just in front, there is a supermarket and walking you can reach a Mall and the zoo. It was an excellent stay.

Very hospitable host. The location was in a beautiful, clean, and quiet location. The area is walkable to restaurants, and gave a small town vibe. The shower was always hot, and the bed was comfortable. The house was clean. I would definitely rent again.

Antonio hosts a super nice apartment, very nicely furnished living room, spacious master bath, everything in top condition. The building has 24 hr portaria, and is located at a green plaza. I will be back soon.
