35 private acres of forest on rolling hill terrain. Lots of wildlife nestled very close to the flat river; 30-40 minutes away from Grand Rapids. The Fred Meijer trail provides great biking or hiking opportunities. Lazy float tubing or kayaking down the flat river is very popular and only a short walk away. Horse back riding, golf courses, and an amazing local bakery all within a couple miles. And a fun sport court (basketball hoop, volleyball/badminton/pickelball net all right on site!

Ryan’s home was very welcoming and perfect size for my family of 7. He was very helpful and needs were met and a lot of room to move around. Love the notes left around the house reminding us about things we could do. Recommend this home if you have kids, it’s kid friendly a lot to keep them occupied!!! I would stay here again if they would have us on our next visit!!!

This place is a brand new build, and smells so amazing (fresh wood) when you walk in. The cottage was pristine and had everything we needed. Nancy was great, giving us a tour upon arrival and generously offering up her kayaks to use on the lake. It’s a tight knit community, so expect neighbors to chat you up and be able to see you enjoying the porch. Very relaxed vibes and great being right on the lake to kayak. The water was amazingly clear, would recommend!

Haven was a fantastic private getaway for our family of 4. The lakeside view on the deck made for the most relaxing start and end to every day. The house was fully furnished with everything we could need for the week. Food, drink and clothing were the only things that we needed to provide for ourselves. We had one day of solid rain, but with good WiFi, games, a cozy living room and a nice kitchen, we were perfectly content just relaxing inside.
