This is our 2nd stay at Mazlina's place. 5 reasons why we came back - 1. Electronic gate for easy entry especially when it rains 2. High speed broadband internet (not common in Segamat) 3. 2 bathroom with hot water showers and sitting WC 4. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms 5. Huge Sony Smart TV for Netflix, Disney, Prime Video, YouTube etc 6. Large washing machine with covered drying area at the car porch 7. Super comfortable Chesterfield style sofa in the living room 8. Nice kitchen with all the necessary utensils eg large coffee mugs, plates, bowls etc Eh, did i say only 5? 😁

This place is near the famous roast pork - Hai Kee Roast Pork and San Yuan Gourmet House (both places are a 5-minute drive away). You can get some necessities from Aeon Kluang, which is opposite San Yuan Gourmet House. The host is super friendly and very responsive. It was very easy to communicate with him, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. We had an enjoyable stay here with our furkid.

I am satisfied with the spacious area and the number of beds provided. The house is very clean, equipment mostly new. The decoration is really nice and warm. I like the welcome statement which was placed on the table. The karaoke room is very well design and separated from the main house, which impressed me as well. The only minor downsides are the mattress are not that comfy, and the internet speed not so good, which affect the karaoke system as well. However, we were enjoying very much. Will book again for future trip if possible.

The host was very responsive and his accommodation is thoughtfully arranged: 1. Easy drinking water access (dispenser with both hot and cold water) 2. Big lounge space for chilling with board games and feasting 3. Love the fact that the charging points are accessible in every rooms. 4. Bathrooms are very clean with convenient racks. 5. Good for elderly parents as they no need to climb stairs for bedroom. I like the quiet and quaint neighbourhood. We love the puppies and dogs that roam around gingerly. Perfect for extended family gatherings. Though it is away from town, but just give time allowance to grab match. I will book again when next in Kluang.
