This was a beautiful condo on the ground floor. We sat on patio every morning watching the waves hit the beach. There were warning signs of rip tides at every beach we visited. I more timid kept hip deep but there were quite a few people out further. There were several pools available to us. We kept close to our Condo. It was the nicest place we stayed and most expensive. Not sorry in the least I rented it. We did a short hike to a waterfall near by and relaxed. Very chill and guarded too!

Great stay appropriate his helpful instructions got a cheap shuttle to his place quick and fast clean stay great showers hot tub area is nice close to all the bars walking distance close to beach I'll stay again thank you

This place is absolutely beautiful! Wake up to the sound of the ocean every morning and go to bed with it every night. Pictures do justice and in a place where it’s a local feel, we were right at home and felt very safe at this place. It’s walkable to everything and everyone was so kind. Jean was incredibly responsive no matter what! The gym and amenities were a plus as well! Book here when wanting the best of jaco!

El apartamento ubicado en el 5 piso tiene una vista al océano magnífica. El mismo tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de descanso. Entre lo posible volveremos y lo recomiendo a otros usuarios.

Apartamento muy amplio en condominio muy seguro. excelente ubicación, a cinco minutos caminando a la playa. Cerca de lugares para ir a comer en vehículo aunque no es necesario porque el Apartamento está muy bien equipado pra cocinar. Como extra tiene implementos para la playa muy útiles para pasar un mejor rato en la playa o en la piscina. Volveríamos sin duda. Un detalle extra la botella de vino.

Beautiful location on the beach. The beach only had a few people on it the entire time we were there. Beautiful sunsets.

El lugar está súper bonito! Me encantó lo fácil que fue el acceso, la casa estaba impecable y nos encantó los diferentes espacios. Fui en familia y me gustó que tenían algunas cosas para jugar, mi hijo y yo aprovechamos el espacio para jugar tenis y futbol en el área verde junto a la piscina. La comunicación fue excelente y siempre contestaron mis preguntas. Excelente host, súper recomendado!

Caroline is a first-class host! She's responsive, an excellent communicator, and made us feel cared for throughout our stay. Her place is beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed, with many luxurious touches not commonly found in AirBNBs. The condo is in a lovely, guard-gated development and very private. Check-in was flexible and easy, and she provided a comprehensive booklet about the condo and area, including contact data, activities, shopping, dining recommendations, spa treatments, etc. The condo includes Los Suenos Beach Club access, which is outstanding and across the street from the development. There is also a private pool right behind the condo. In addition to being a great place to stay, Caroline made our vacation extra special by providing personal touches like special towels for make-up removal, helpful notes, gourmet coffee, Turkish beach towels, etc. In short, our stay was outstanding! A solid five stars, and I highly recommend Caroline's place to all!

Norman’s place is amazing and he was very communicative and helpful! Would definitely recommend to go there and I would love to go back.

Our stay at Damien’s place was perfect for our family. The place was clean, in a great location (walkable to many restaurants, the beach, stores, etc) and access to the pool was perfect for us and our 3 year old. Damien was an incredible host and went above and beyond to make our stay easy. He helped us with local tours, recommendations, and set us up with items for our daughter specially. The kind of host you wish for every time! Would absolutely stay again and would highly recommend to anyone!

Agradecemos la estadía del fin de semana en el Condominio Jaco Bay y Don Ricardo , ya que estuvimos como en casa , un lugar muy agradable , seguro, tranquilo, organizado, accesible y céntrico . Lo recomiendo para pasar sus vacaciones , no tenemos queja alguna.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and for the price it is an excellent stay. It is located in a resort so you are able to enjoy all the amenities and the staff was extremely friendly. One thing to note is that besides the restaurants in the resort, the closest restaurants are about a mile away.

This was our first time in Costa Rica and Jaco was our second stop. We absolutely loved it! The location was perfect, as was the view and it being ocean front was a bonus! We loved the layout of the unit, the pool and it was within walking distance to everything we needed. There was lots of security, which was nice, but when the security guard followed us to the rooftop and stayed the whole time we were there, that may have been a bit much. Parking was easy and all was very beautiful, efficient and we would definitely stay there again! We loved the area, the beaches and lots of different spots to drive and explore!

Melissa’s place has a beautiful view and we love hanging out in Los suenos. Also she is very responsive as we had to troubleshoot Internet due to a provider issue. She stayed with it and brokered communication until they fixed their issue. Much appreciated!

Gerardo’s place is perfect and exactly as described. If you want a big beautiful beach with lots of sun and steady waves while feeling very safe this is the place for you. For us it was a bit too hot but hey, we are from Canada and are used to cold haha. Gerardo was very responsive to our inquiries and made our stay great.

Hoy nos despedimos de ese Hermoso lugar , un Condo súper equipado , todo como sale en las fotos , me ayudaron en todo lo que les pregunté , el lugar es HERMOSO 😍 NATURALEZA , SE RESPIRA PAZ , vimos los monos cara blanca , lapas y oso perezoso visitamos las dos playas Manta y playa blanca ahí mismo , el edificio está súper cerca de la playa, tiene muchas comodidades el beach club también estaba muy relajante y vista al mar me encanto, mi familia y yo quedamos encantados con la vista del balcón que tiene la naturaleza que se respira , se los recomiendo pra pasar unas vacaciones en familia , mi familia y yo estamos seguros que volveremos a venir ☺️😍😍😍Exelente 20/10 Punta Esmeralda no tengo una sola queja de nda ni cn el lugar ni Anfrition que nos ayudo con todo . I was driving south and needed a place to stay last minute and Josep responded within 1 minute with my question which was great. We were traveling with two cars and there was no issue with parking. I think the listing says 1 car space available but there was room for two which was what we needed. Thank you.

Very comfortable, very spacious, well appointed and comfortable. A/C worked great without any problems. It's a steep walk down to the beach but also only a short distance, so no problem unless maybe if you have mobility issues. Nearest restaurant is not walkable. I brought my own food and the kitchen was well equipped and included everything needed. Internet was spotty, on-again, off-again. Tech equipment (cable, internet, wifi) worked ok when the internet was working but could use an upgrade as equipment is quite outdated. Instructions on how to get things working/re-started were a bit cryptic and referred to equipment which, I believe, had been replaced. Minor gripe - batteries in almost all remotes were dead and I had to replace. A great place for a peaceful stay away from daily noise, but also away from common amenities so plan accordingly. I'd recommend and will probably stay here again.

We had a great time at the apartment, which was exactly as described. The building is brand new and the unit has good wi-fi, cold (and necessary) A/C and fans, new appliances, comfortable beds, and decent soundproofing. The unit directly faces the ocean so most of the Jaco nightlife noise is avoided other than from the beach below. The building appears to be almost exclusively vacation rentals, so has a feel more like a hotel than an Airbnb - not a bad thing, just an observation. It's a quick short block walk to the main Jaco street with restaurants and shopping. The beach view is incredible from the unit and also the rooftop, though you almost don't need to go up there since you're on the 11th floor anyway (elevators were busy but reliable). Overall we were very happy with our stay and appreciated the hosts' responsiveness especially when the building unexpectedly lost water for several hours (not a common occurrence). Pool was also awesome and never to busy even on a holiday.
