The Barn at Cross Lodge

Unique barn conversion in the village of Walgrave, Northamptonshire. Originally the 200 year old building housed farm animals and in 2023 it was converted into a fully furnished property with underfloor heating, bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette and large floor space that can be used as a gym. There is private parking in the courtyard area with an outdoor dining table and grapevine backdrop which captures the sun all day long making it a lovely space to relax in. Any questions please ask. Come and recharge in beautiful green Clapton! My garden apartment full of art and colour is perfect for a single person or couple to relax cook and read art and interiors books. The bedroom is completely mirrored and has a giant firm mattress and high quality pillows and sheets. The dining space opens to the back garden. The bathroom has a deep Japanese cube shaped bath that fits 2! There’s a projector for films. The bathroom dining room and kitchen have heated floors and it’s double glazed.

On the top floor of a beautiful Victorian mansion block, amidst the trendy restaurants & bars of Dalston - tucked away on a side street, full of natural light and plants this is a great base to explore from + a place to retreat to and relax!! The self contained lounge transforms into a comfortable second bedroom with a double futon bed (with a deep, comfortable mattress). Or pull down the black out blinds and charge up the projector to make a great cinema room! 1 or 4 people, its a fab!
