The light rail to Aarhus is about 35 minutes away. 20 km to Horsens (visit the old prison in the cultural center and museum) 10 km to Vilhelmsborg 15 km to Skanderborg 15 km to Mosegaard museum and beach 1 km to Fru Møllers (farm shop) You can also visit LEGOland - Djurs Sommerland - which is only an hour's drive from us.

Lovely home (year 2020) in a truly unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The home contains a sauna with a window to the water, from where you can really enjoy the sight of the calm water while completely disconnecting. For the house there are also 3 canoes / kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which are also connected to Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house where the lake is rich in fish.

Summer house in Mols Bjerge

In the middle of Mols Bjerge National Park with access to a myriad of hikes, right outside the door. The house is located on a nice large plot with space for garden games and behind the house is a slope with large beech trees. The cottage is located 2.5 km from the very child-friendly Femmøller Strand, and there is a path all the way. The trail continues to the amazing market town of Ebeltoft with good shopping opportunities and adventurous cobblestone streets. 45 minutes from the house is Aarhus and many cultural experiences.

Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

For our family, it's more than just a house. It's a warm, loving, and casual hug. A free space from everyday life and the speed of city life. Here we can knock out with our arms, feel the sand between your toes, hear waves in our ears 24/7, go swimming and hiking by the beach and in the woods. It gives peace of mind to write, read, play, enjoy, and reflect. We've had the house since 2016, and in 2023 we built a brand new architect-designed house on the grounds. Discover a cozy independent basement room perfect for a relaxing and short stay. This space has a comfortable double bed in a 12m² room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a compact bathroom. Enjoy the lovely garden and terraces for fresh air and sunshine. The private entrance allows for flexible coming and going. While the area is residential and quiet, you have bus stops, markets, parks, and just 3km/10 min to the city center, making it an ideal base for you. Note the ceilings are lower than usual.

Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

The place is 20 minutes car ride, 30 minutes bus or tram and 45 minutes bikeride from central Aarhus. Theres a 500m2 greenhouse on the plot with a dining area and gas grill, creating an forever summer garden from april to oktober.
