Lovely cottage for a week away with our toddler. Beautiful quiet park and wooded area. The garden of the cottage offers all kinds of nice playgrounds for children, so you can sit quietly as a parent.

Perfect Villa, quiet, relaxing with all amenities, great and spacious, with a fantastic kitchen and great back yard where to relax. Highly Recommended!

Had a nice long weekend. It was very hot, but the fan was already running and kept the room nice and cool. It's nice to be able to stay in the garden. Bicycles can be stored and charged. Beautiful surroundings, nice farm shop nearby. Not to forget a delicious breakfast

Had a wonderfully quiet weekend in "de Snurker". It's exactly what you think it is: quiet, cozy and cozy. Completely recovered from the hustle and bustle in the house this warm cottage. Enjoyed the gas fire bowl outside under the blankets on the comfortable sofa. Do you want to relax for a while? Book this cottage. Our dog Charlie also had a wonderful time here. Was really a plus for us.

Everything great, clean, apartment tastefully and modernly furnished, super nice contact. Everything well equipped and clean. Very helpful and did everything to make our stay perfect. We will be happy to come back!

As usual, it was a pleasure to stay at Ineke's house. The location is peaceful and easily accessible. The house is functional and beautifully decorated. There is a big garden with a private area. Ineke and her family are very friendly and responsive.

The cottage is on a small-scale green park, where you can go with your dog. In fact, it was Pentecost weekend and I have never seen so many dogs. All of them are well-behaved and only friendly dogs. With a few minutes' walk, you are in the forest, where - in some places - the dog can also go off the line. There is also a communal swimming pool that you can use. The cottage is comfortable, the bed is good and also in a nice place where you have no view. Communication with the hostess, Jacq, is perfect. She responds immediately to any question. Thank you for the nice days.

We stayed for a week with a family of four. There was ample space for everyone, and we never got in each other's way. The house is exactly like the pictures and we had a wonderful time. Anja was very responsive and pretty much answered all our questions way before we even got there. We went mostly on day trips while we were there, but we did eat at some of the nearby restaurants (Alverna), which were nice. Our shopping for groceries and such was done in downtown Wijchen, a few minutes drive, with a lot of shops. We had a great experience and will wholeheartedly recommend this house and Anja, especially for extended stays.

The accommodation with this huge garden is a dream for a holiday with a dog. The garden is fenced high enough that you don't have to worry about your four-legged friend. You have absolute peace, the neighbors are far enough away. Just after the drive along the unpaved road through the forest, you are in the middle of the holiday atmosphere. Then there is this beautiful large pool, the heated Jacuzzi, the hammock between the trees, the tree swing, .... What else could you ask for? It's not without reason that this accommodation is fully booked. The area has a lot to offer for nature lovers. Lake Leuk offers all kinds of water sports and fishing. We felt completely comfortable and will definitely come back.

It was a great vacation with friends and the dogs! We could all just relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. It was taken care of for just about everything, plenty of lighters for the grill, for the hot tub and much more! Communication worked perfectly and was always very friendly. Not only the dogs enjoyed the small beach and lake right in front of the door, but we were also able to cool off perfectly. Enjoying the sunset from the hot tub was the absolute highlight. We will definitely be back☺️

A super cozy accommodation in a quiet environment. Dogs are welcome and the adjacent forest is within a 5-minute walk. The accommodation is super equipped (toaster, dishwasher, hair dryer, spices, etc.) and even coffee for the coffee machine was available. The large garden offers sun all day, in the accommodation the temperature was pleasant even at 30° outside temperature. Most attractions and cities in the area can be reached within 30 minutes by car.

Nice friendly and helpful host and hostess! The place is nice and central and there is the possibility to find entertainment but also to take your peace in the woods nearby.

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.

Just like the 3 previous times, we had a wonderful time in Viva la Vida of Joke and Henk. The cottage is equipped with all comforts, has a lovely garden that is completely fenced off. Great for our four-legged friend. The chalet is nice and away from the hustle and bustle, so we can relax. Joke always responds quickly, nicely and correctly. Hats off to her/them. The park is beautiful, neat and surrounded by great (hiking) forests. The restaurant is great. The surroundings are beautiful. Nice places, plenty of opportunity for cycling and hiking. We will definitely return to Viva la Vida. Next year, we will celebrate our anniversary there.

I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

The stay is picture perfect, with a great view of the old town. It even has a cute little balcony where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The apartment itself is really nice and cozy, and has all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I would recommend this place to couples, siblings or solo travellers.

Enormously enjoyed our stay in the Knolletje together with our dog Joep. The cottage is cozily furnished and equipped with every comfort. Het Knolletje is located in a quiet part of the grounds, very nice. You'll walk right into the woods. There is also plenty to do in the area: hiking through the Maasduinen and a tour of the Hertog Jan brewery are recommended. Very much enjoyed the nature, the hammock and the cottage itself!

We enjoyed the stay in Stans with the family. The farm is cozy: a large living and sleeping area and a kitchen downstairs. The kitchen is somewhat small but equipped with all comforts. Highly recommendable!

We stayed for two nights in Anne's cozy and sparkling clean apartment and felt very comfortable. Everything matched the description and photos. Since we were in our home country for family celebrations, we unfortunately had no opportunity to use the beautiful garden. The peace and quiet around it was also a blessing. We will be happy to come back.

Nice accommodation with a stylish and cozy decor. The space has a spacious roof terrace. Each window is fitted with a good screen, making the room incredibly easy to ventilate after a warm day. Anja is a very friendly host. She responds quickly to messages, thinks along and makes you feel welcome quickly. We loved the stay!

We celebrated a lovely girlfriend weekend, with 8 ladies (40+), in this beautiful outdoor house in Xanten! The house is as described in the listing. With 8 ladies, we generously had the space for sleeping places and bathrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, in terms of equipment and crockery. The wellness area is more luxurious than we had imagined. Outside we could sit in several places. The house is like new, in terms of finishing and cleaning, which made us all feel right at home. What we missed is a generous sofa on which you can relax together. This was of course known in advance, but for us it would have been of added value. Furthermore, the upstairs windows close automatically when moisture comes up. This was also known in advance, but we found it less pleasant ourselves. In the area, we were far from bored after 2 nights and the house was very popular with all of us, so as far as we are concerned certainly repeatable!

The house is very nicely located - very quiet, on the dike and right on the edge of a nature reserve. We have been warmly welcomed, with tips about the area and good mood :) The house offers a lot and is in good condition - only some kind of blackout we missed and the technology of the entrance door you have to get to know :) Otherwise it was a nice and quiet stay, the accommodation is recommended!
