The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Sheets are provided, it's up to you to make your beds. You have at your disposal a small swimming pool and 14 sunbathing, an umbrella, a BBQ and some outdoor games. In order for you to enjoy a clean and pleasant pool, a person can come by at any time for maintenance.
